Description of Work: Paul came out twice to first replace all the regular windows and then a huge picture window on the front of the house. They were incredibly fast, professional, and responsive. And best of all, they were so affordable. We'll be using them again to replace our patio doors as well. That being said, I believe they only have an Auburn NH location now.

+ -1 moreThere appeared to be some communication problems among the staff. When I first visited the store, I was told that the window I wanted was in stock, and there would be no problem installing a single window, but when I called back I was told the window was not in stock and the manager seemed surprised that someone had told me they would do a single window. Nevertheless, he agreed to install it and we set up an appointment once the window came in. Unfortunately, we forgot about the appointment and had to reschedule, but Guaranteed Aluminum was very understanding. When they did install it they were fast and efficient and we have no complaints. I do think they only agreed to the single window installation because we live very nearby. I have the feeling that they have a minimum order for installation. Still, I would recommend them. They were inexpensive, efficient and professional.
Description of Work: They installed one vinyl replacement window in our bathroom. He came to measure, returned to install the window.
