 + -1 moreKevin and his crew were punctual, personable and professional despite the heat and humidity. The price Leo Falardeau, owner, quoted, $1150.00 was the exact price I paid with no extra or hidden charges. This price included the overnight storage. Everything was packed on the truck, stored overnight and moved to my new address in the amount of time agreed upon. Nothing was damaged, scratched or in any way marred. The crew placed everything exactly where I asked them to. Moving is never easy, but the movers from Falardeau Moving company did their best to make everything run smoothly. This company came highly recommended to me and I have highly recommended them to others in the process of relocating.
Description of Work: Two weeks ago, July 26, 2016 on the hottest and most humid day of the summer, Falardeau Movers came to my home to move the entire contents of my home to be stored overnight and moved into my new home the next afternoon, July 27.

 + -1 moreI had good luck with these guys. They were recommended by a relative of mine, so I gave them a call and set up an estimate. A few days later, we arranged the move. The 3 gentleman were personable, friendly, and responsive. Their mood was light and they were joking with each other and myself during the move, but never at the expense of the work being done. All my items were moved with care and without issue. They actually finished in less time than estimated and as far as I can tell, all my furniture made it unscathed. I would hire them again!

 + -1 moreEverything started out fine. The movers showed up on time and were generally positive, didn't damage the houses, got us from point A to B in almost the exact time frame planned, however it is what happened after they left that ruined everything. After the move we noticed an antique solid wood corner bookshelf that had the entire top shelf broken clean off of it shoved in a corner of our basement. It broke during the move and no one admitted it to us. Guess they were hoping that we wouldn't notice it if they hid it in the basement and then they wouldn't have to pay for it. Well lucky for them that is what happened. Tried to contact the company when we found it but got no response. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. Their employees are apparently dishonest and can't be trusted and the lack of response from management is very disappointing as well.
