Description of Work: Came to clean ducts and dryer vent. Serviceperson was extremely polite and friendly, got the job done efficiently. Only downside was the attempted upsell to a duct sealing product; but they were friendly about it, and for all I know my ducts do in fact need sealing, I just wasn't looking for that kind of product that week.

The duct cleaning was easy on my part. They were thorough and cleaned up like they'd never been there. Now I can breath clean air. I love it!!!

My heating is so much more efficient now and the technicians were really professional.

Description of Work: I had a call the day before that said they would show up at 8 am, they did not show up till 8:50 with no call to let me know. | |The guy that showed up immediately called for help. They did a thorough job, it took them about 7 hours which was longer than I had expected. I had metioned when I booked this that my dryer run was long and was leery about them taking it apart, he assured me that the only time they had to take it apart was when the run was over 60 feet which mine was not. The ended up taking it apart anyway, without asking me. They did do a nice job putting it back and cleaning up, it just would have been nice to know and give permission beforehand. | |Job well done, but the communication skills need some work.

Description of Work: Two technicians came to my home, very professional, and first explained to me what they were going to do. They were very patient with me as they answered all of my questions. I had never before had my air ducts cleaned out and we have been here over 30 years. The techs showed me pieces of wood, sheetrock, and even tiny floor tiles which must have been in the air vents since the house was first built. You could actually hear a lot of dirt/dust etc. going into the shoulder vacuum which one of them carried around to each air vent. There was an enormous vacuum unit downstairs attached to the main air duct which collected most of the dirt/dust from upstairs vents. The techs removed each vent cover so that the hoses and brushes could be inserted for best cleaning. They were very careful to attach each one securely afterwards and cleaned everything up before they left. The two techs worked together well. The whole job took about four hours including the set-up of all their equipment. Because the heat had to be shut off during this time, I waited until Spring to schedule the work. It was a beautiful 70-degree day when they came to do the job. I am glad that I finally cleaned the air vents and I was very happy with this company.
