Tech was on time, knowledgeable, and courteous and did a fantastic job of explaining what was being done. Price seems fair. Would use Duct Kings again. Thanks for the good customer experience.

Description of Work: It took a bit of effort to get the appointment to get my ducts cleaned but it did get done. | |Unfortunately, the technician didn't clean the dryer vent as was included in the Angie's List package. This despite the fact that I asked the tech. if he did it! I emailed the main office to inquire into this and eventually the tech. admitted that he hadn't done it because he didn't know it was included. | |Again, scheduling took awhile to get done but the dryer vent was finally cleaned. | |The tech was friendly on both visits and seemed to make every effort to keep the house clean while doing the work.
