Description of Work: Duct Kings were at my house two days. My air ducts are for forced hot air driven by gas and the same ducts are used for central air. They cleaned my ducts one day and the other day they sealed them from leakage. The workers were punctual and very careful protecting our rugs with tarps. They explained everything they did and were very courteous. They gave me certificates that plainly showed the percenatage of leakage reduction. The price was very reasonable compared to another quote I got. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: We had dust in the house when they pulled the brushes out of the ducts. Instead of shutting off the rotating brushes when they were at the end of the duct and ready to remove them, they kept the machine on and the brushes kept spinning as they were taken out of the duct and dust was disbursed into the room until the machine was shut off. I had to ask them to do this. I also had to ask them to re-do certain ducts that did not come clean on the first pass after looking into them with a flash light. I could only look at the main trunk lines. You have to physically be with them while they were doing the work to make sure it was being done right (after the fact observation) and all of the ducts were done properly. The job was rushed because he had to get to another job so the job should have been done with more care, slower and more thorough. They did not allocate enough time to do a fantastic job. They could have done a better job with more time allocated and some proper training on the removal of the brushes from the ducts. Cost was paid for @ $299.00 plus additional $199.00 for 2nd system and an additional $199.00 for 3rd system. I was initially told that the two system could cost the $299.00 because the main system in the house has two furnaces and a third system for a room above the garage. Not happy with the final pricing outcome. Would not use them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the vents in our home. We moved into an old home that needed a lot of TLC to make up for some years of not getting any love. The technician had a lot of work to do, so I give him credit. However, the films covering the vents came loose and we had dirt and dust EVERYWHERE after they were done. I think it may have been a fluke, and I have never had vents cleaned before so I'm not sure what the norm was, but I was surprised at how dirty our home was when he left. Nice guy, probably a bad day for him.
