I bought an Angie's list offer for Air Duct cleaning from Duct King. They called me to schedule in a timely matter. Showed up on time. Did a good and a thorough job. The technician was professional and worked hard. Better than other Air Duct cleaning companies I used before. I highly recommend them.

The service tech Miguel was exceptional. He explained the process in detail and answered any other questions I had in a professional and friendly manner. He even took pictures of the interior of my ducts for me to view.

Very well, though it's not an easy job

My house is a 2400 square-foot two-story home, built in 1980. The air ducks have never been cleaned as evidenced by drywall pieces still sitting in the ductwork from the original installation. The technician came out on time, And spent the better part of a day cleaning my ductwork. I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

It went very well, the technician (Miguel) was very courteous, professional and neat and answered any questions I had. This work is one of those things that are blind; we see little of the result, other than the registers themselves (can't see inside the ducts) so trust is important.

I called on Monday to have someone come out and clean my dryer vents. Was told someone would call me back, probably that day, to discuss my needs and give me a quote, and then set up the service call. 3 days has gone by and no one called me back. I called another company and they are coming to do the work tomorrow.

everything went well, the only issue I had was the tech was an hour late. He did call to communicate this but it caused me to be late to work.

I was very happy with the work. The young technician (feel bad that I forgot his name) not only performed a thorough cleaning of all vents, but he sealed any gaps that he found in ducting, and installed a new hard duct at the dryer. He was something special.

They were awesome. They guy came in, he was punctual. He explained everything he was going to do. I love when people do that. They don't just come in and treat me like a woman and don't tell me what you're doing, but he did. He was a very nice young man, very polite. I'd use them again. They were good. I had even asked him. I said "I've never had my duct work cleaned." He said, "You know, for someone who never had the duct work cleaned, they were pretty clean." I asked him how often you would have them. He told me with 2 cats, every three years. I got information as well as a service done so I was happy.

I bought a $299 big deal for this service. The fellow that came out, Randy, was very informative about what he was doing and told us step by step what he was doing. He said I did not need to clean my air filter and I didn't, but I went down yesterday and cleaned it. It was full of dust and there was a clump of dust in one of the ducts. My interaction with him was fine at the time. The work turned out okay. To get a higher grade from me they could finish off and make sure my air filter was clean and that the area I found as dust was cleaned out.

Wasn't sure if it would make a difference, but we're seeing less dust and more even heating.

The contractor was professional and detailed beyond expectation. his work was, in a word, outstanding.
