I did pay $60 extra for the dryer vent. I would use them again in the future.

They cleaned ducts in three of our group homes, arrived as planned, cleaned as contracted, picked up and left the houses as they found them. I was very pleased with their work and their price.

Duct King did a great job. the technicians were on time, did a professional job, and best of all what a difference it makes in the cleanliness of the house and the system performs better.I would definitely use them in the future. This company also installs and services gutter systems.

Everything worked out very well. The two technicians were late, but I received a call in advance explaining that they had gotten held up on their previous job. Having been warned, I was fine with it. When the technicians arrived, they got to work. First they checked out everything to get the lay of the land. Then they taped up all my vents and did their magic. They were here a few hours overall, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Due to a misunderstanding about my setup, they were not able to clean my second system, but that will be scheduled as soon as possible. I would definitely hire Duct Kings again, and recommend them without reservation.

Duct Kings called to set-up the appointment which I think was nice. It went very well. There were 2 workers that came in and they dressed very neat and seemed to do a very thorough job. We were definitely happy with them. I do recommend them. I like the fact that they were little booties when they came to the house. They definitely vacuumed anything, the didn't leave any sort of mess. They did a very good job.

They arrived on time and were very professional. The ducts seem to have been cleaned well. I looked at what came out of my ducts and I am very pleased that stuff is no longer in the air that we breathe. The only negative I have to report was in the furnace room. The furnace exhaust pipe was removed for the procedure and when it was reinstalled, it was touching the foam insulation for my air conditioning condenser supply. This pipe exhausts the hot gases for my furnace and hot water tank and gets quite hot. If I had not noticed this, it would undoubtedly have melted the foam insulation and could potentially have caused a fire. The large duct at the top of my furnace was not retaped and air was gushing out. I picked up some foil tape and fixed it myself. There were 5 screws left lying on the floor next to my furnace and I have no idea where they go. Also, the cleanup job in the furnace room and right outside the furnace room left room for improvement. Despite these issues, I would still use them again and would recommend them. However, I recommend you do a better inspection before you let them go than I did.

They came in and covered ALL of the grills so the houses wouldn't get dusty, the cleaned all supply and return air ducts.

Brett was the lead technician, arrived promptly and was a team of 1 for the first 3 hours until his partner arrived. He was very professional and communicated exactly what he needed to do. He was clearly very interested in providing excellent service. It's amazing how much more air is [now] coming from some of supply vents. We were VERY satisfied with the services provided. These services were provided through an Angie's List Big Deal.

Duct cleaning went fine. The only thing they were not able to do was a pressure check on the ducts since their equipment was not working correctly for that.

The guys arrived on-time, actually slightly early. They explained the job and seems very competant. The biggest issue with the cleaning is that is requires cutting out large holes in your duct-work. If they had not seemed competant, I would have been quite nervous, the holes are literally about a foot in diameter so it is pretty serious. They do patch these holes properly at the completion of the cleaning. The taped up all the registers in the place (I have three zones and quite a number of them) and then one by one, they remove the tape and send an agitator snake down the line. They took their time and did a thorough job. I was happy with what they did. Once complete, the vacuumed up all the vents from the access point and vacuumed anything that may have fallen while they were doing their work. No dust got in the house and the place smells great (coming from a guy who has sensitive dust allergies). I would recommend anyone use these guys and will probably use them again in the future myself.

I mentioned all of the great points above and the service went very well from the first phone call to my follow up call from them to see how satisfied with their work after they were done. Very polite and you can tell they actually care about pleasing the customer.

I recently had Duct Kings come to service the AC ducts in my house.........they not only cleaned the ducts but also SEALED them from the inside with a special machine. They didn't make a mess.....performed their service promptly and professionally.......and the results were great. My AC comes out of the ducts much better......too cold to run it now but I'm sure in the summer it's going to save me a bunch of money on electricity. I'd recommend them to anyone. Cliff Kennedy
