I purchased a big deal from them but never heard from them.

It was completed on time. We did not know that to clean the duct, they would cut open the existing duct near the furnace. They seem to have done a good job, patching it back up. The only suprise was the addition charge for dryer vent cleaning. It could have been made more visible in the promotion.

They were on time, courteous and thorough.

Company was very helpful in scheduling service when we were available. Gave a detailed estimate quickly over the phone when I called and called to confirm the service the day before coming. Two very professional employees came at the time stated and quickly went to work, first putting protective corner guards on a kitchen island and woodwork near where they would be moving their equipment. They explained everything they would do and did a complimentary leak pressure test to determine if our ducts were efficient and leaking any air into our crawl space. A very good experience and I would highly recommend them!

This is the first time we purchased a "Big Deal" from Angie's list. This proved to be one of the best deals we have ever received . I know from having our ducts cleaned before that this deal is worth twice the value of what I paid . The techs show up an introduced them self and they were very professional . Their names were Miguel C. and Tino F. from start to finish they were very thorough. This job was not rushed, they took time to clean every vent with a huge hepa filter in basement to collect the dirt as it was loosened with a long 10ft beater brush that worked its way through the vents along with a portable vacuum. They cleaned up after themselves and explained to me clearly the whole process. I plan on using this company again in the future and I highly recommend them.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went fine. I don't have any complaints, it went fine, as I had expected.

Duct kings called on Sunday to confirm the appointment. They arrived on Monday ahead of schedule. The technician explained all of the steps.before starting the cleaning. He did not find anything wrong nor did he try to sell me anything extra. Their were 2 techs, they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up behind themselves.

Punctual, professional, cleaned up, courteous

The special was $199, they charged us less than we thought might be charged because they gave us good deal deal on the second system. We were pleased on the price.They were helpful and very good.

They arrived on time, and performed the work very efficiently. They pulled out a number of surprises from the ducts, for example, small pieces of hardwood flooring! The workers were professional and hardworking.

Brad and his partner did the job and they are great. Even though our house has only one system, it has a LOT of vents. They first explained the process to me and then went directly to work. They did a thorough job and cleaned up after the work was done. It took longer than they expected, yet they did not rush. We purchased a big deal from duct kings, so the price was great too. Would definitely use them again.

There was a scheduling snafu where nobody showed up for the first appointment. But they were sufficiently apologetic about it and threw in a dryer vent cleaning for free. The service was professionally done and and they took the time and effort needed to do a through job including using a 20 ft ladder to reach the dryer vent. I am very satisfied with the work done.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was there and they were very thorough. They were very polite and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the service. The price I got was very good because 2 guys were there for almost 4 hours. I think the price per hour worked out to be very favorable. They were 30 minutes late but that's within the window.

Two guys came and put on booties right away. Walked me through the process and then set up the equipment. Cleaned vents and cleaned up after themselves.

The service turned out fine. We had purchased a big deal, and so the price was great. Within a few days of them providing the service, I got a call from people who wanted to sell me ducts, as a follow up, and I was put off by that, and so I wouldn't question using them again.

The job went great. The guys showed up on time and did a really good job cleaning everything out. There was only 2 small issues that crept up after they left. In a couple of the rooms I had fingerprints on the ceiling where they taped and removed the vents. (no big deal) and 2 of the vents were not screwed back properly so they almost fell out of the ceiling.

While there were some issues that came up in the course of the performance of the service, the manager was very proactive in making sure that all concerns were addressed to everyones satisfaction. Would use them agaain.

They were hard-working, professional and courteous and did a great job. We used the Big Deal for them and were very pleased.

The service was good and they were pretty good.

The two men arrived at the house right on time. Very polite, explained what they were going to do and got right to work. Very quiet and clean. They discovered my second floor had a separate furnace that it ran off of (I thought it was only a blower.). Only charged me an extra $100 to do the second floor, which was very reasonable considering all the extra work with the second furnace. They worked for four hours straight without a break. They also gave me some tips on air filters as well. Results are obvious as our central a/c is working much better with the clean ductwork.

Thorough examination and cleaning of all duct work for two systems. The service men were both very courteous and professional. It was a very hot day and they were there for hours and never a complaint. They were a pleasure! They cleaned up after themselves and you'd never even know they were there. Would use again.

I thought it went really well, they were really good and very professional. I think the outcome was good, I think it helped and so I would definitely recommend them, I thought it was a good service. It was complete for all that I needed since I had a single unit and in which it handles the whole house and it worked out really well, specially compared to the pricing, everything that I did they were pricing per returns and so cost-wise this is significantly better than anything else I had already come across, it was a great deal. I haven't talk to anyone else who had this done so from the quality point of view and comparison, I'm not sure but as far as I'm very satisfied with the results I've had. They called right away, they were very amendable. I would use them again though I can't see the need for their service again in the future.

Prior to the work being done, the office manager was helpful with the scheduling. The crew showed up on time, properly identified themselves, explained the service and performed the service as expected within the time window quoted (4-5 hours); this included cleaning up after their work (and even replacing the vent filters). In my opinion they were thorough and polite, and I'd gladly hire this company again to seal my home's ductwork when the time comes. Overall, I'd say they earned a grade of B+ on this work. Had they not left all doors along the path from their vehicle to our kitchen open for the majority of the day, the B+ would be an A. I'd rehire and do recommend this company.

It was easy to make the appointment which was confirmed the day before. The team of two were on time and very professional. They explained what they were going to do, did what they told me and cleaned up after themselves.
