My entire experience with Duct Kings was great. I bought a deal here on Angie's list in July and forgot about it until late last week. It was set to expire on January 20th, so I called them up right away, phong they could squeeze me in ASAP. First call did not result in an appointment, but the guy who answered the call said someone would get back to me soon since my deal was about to expire. Duct Kings called me back the next day and made an appointment for this week. The crew arrived on time and did everything that was promised in the deal. I also had them clean my dryer vent. They also gave us an estimate for duct sealing that seemed reasonable. Overall a great experience and great service. I would use them again.

They were very professional, polite and serious. They also wore booties to protect my floors. They called me right away to schedule the appointment and I made a note for them to call me at home, which they followed. The Big Deal was only for one unit so they only charged me an extra $100 for the second unit. They showed up on-time for the appointment.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was great. They came in and were very professional. We felt like they did a very thorough job. We were very happy with what we can tell. They did a good job. They were very respectful and very nice. We didn't spend any additional. The pricing was steep but we were glad they didn't come in and find any other things. It was a little bit pricey compared to other things we've seen but they didn't nickel and dime us and we don't know about the experience with others. They were very responsive. They actually kept up with me even though I was pushing them off.

I had never had my ducts cleaned so I did not know what to expect. They gave me an overview of the process and got to work. I knew it would be somewhat invasive and involved moving furniture around in order to expose all the air ducts but the two-man crew moved and restored everything to its place after the job was done. I was very pleased.

I will update some once service is provided. | |However, after calling multiple times, we finally have a tentative appointment ("if we are working on the 3rd. We will get back to you."). Before that, we called and mentioned we had the Angie's List Deal. One time, we were told they were not accepting and then when we argued was told someone would call us ask. Another time, our name was taken and no one ever called back. A third time we called, we were told we had to have the confirmation # to book. So when we called back, someone was nice and booked us (without asking for that number) with the response listed above about January 3rd. | |Overall, it's a great deal but I'm not sure if we will get the service and how it will be. I'm holding out hope. I know I care a lot about word of mouth, so I'd love to be able to amend this review. **Amended review - while the details provided from the service are not accurate in their response below, I have to say I was pleased with the final service. We were able to make a date that would work for both of us, and without any pending snow storms (surprising for this winter!). The men arrived about an hour late, but they took less time than predicted so in the end it worked out perfectly. The men who performed the duct cleaning were courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. They did their job well and really helped to explain this process to me (I am new to New England and duct cleaning was not something we saw often in the midwest). I was pleased with the final product and price, but wish the business end of things was a bit easier.

It worked out pretty well. They tore one of the flexible ducting, but they came out and fixed it the next day. But they were pretty good. Then they sent me a letter saying that all my ducting leak and they are going to follow up with some product, but they never did. I not sure I was going to buy it anyway.

They were at my house for more than 4 hours and did a lot of hard work. They were early for the appointment. I was very happy with the work they did and their professionalism.

We bought a home and wanted the air ducts cleaned before we moved in. I contacted Duct Kings and setup a cleaning appointment. The quote was fair, and they charged the quoted value. Steve and Miguel performed the service and did an excellent job. They were very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend them.

The company honored a coupon to clean the air duct vents in our entire 2000 square foot home. The coupon was the whole house only $270 dollars. Quotes from other companies for our home all averaged around $750. At the end of the cleaning I gave my check to one of the workers. The next day I received a call from the company stating that they were sending my check back to me because I had already paid in full on the Angies list sight. I had totally forgotten that I had paid since it was about 2 months before the service. Needless to say I was extremely impressed by the company's honesty. I would definitely recommend them.

As I stated, above, the company seemed very disorganized and I decided to postpone any duct cleaning. Would not call them again in the future.

Very impressed with them from the time they showed up. 2 men. Very pleasant and professional. Quick, efficient, careful and thorough. They even put in new duct filters on all my floor vents (I did not expect that). Instructive and informative about their work also. I would definitely use them again.

The two men came on schedule. They were very professional. They explaned what they will do then started on the attic doing upstairs supply and return vents. Then they went to the basement and did the downstairs vents. The house is 3,500 sqf and in addition I have finished basement with more air vents. They worked, finished, cleaned up and left. A week later I noticed that their tape was not sticking to the insulation cover on the cleaning hole they made. I called the business explaning the situation. One of the men came the next day at a time convenient to me to tape the hole. Now the insulation seems to be holding shut. I liked that the men were tidy and polite, focused on their work, got it done and were gone.

The two workers were very polite, explained what they had to do and cleaned up after themselves. There was a sligt delay in their arrival, but the office informed me in advance and kept me updated me as to when the workers would arrive. I would definitely use them again.

It was pretty good. They did a very nice job. I thought they were very considerate. They put booties on their feet when they walked in the house. They were on time and friendly. I did spot checks on them because we have valuables sitting around and they seem fine.

They showed up pretty late but other than that I was happy with them and their work. Once they arrived they were very friendly and professional. They cleaned every vent and blew out the entire system with a giant vacuum. There was one small issue that was most likely due to me rushing them out because I had an appointment but someone came first thing the next day to take care of it. Very responsive.

Duct Kings came in and cleaned my heating vents. The crew was very professional and communicated exactly what I should expect and approximately how long it would take. Overall I was very pleased with the service from the moment they reached out to schedule the cleaning to cleaning up any impact this service made. I would use them again with out a doubt.

Went well from start to finish. Estimated approximately 3 hours to complete the work and were complete in less the time. Courteous and considerate. A week later it was discovered that one of the vents in the basement had apparently been bent as it would not close. Contacted the company the next day, was told someone would get back to me, but have still not heard back from them causing me to lower the rating for quality and responsiveness.

Duct Kings was awesome. They were punctual and cleaned our systems very quickly and efficiently. I will use them again next year.

Dealing with this company has been the worst experience, complete with fraud, deceptive practices and incompetence. First, after I purchased the "big deal", I was phone screened and after giving a description of my home, I was told that it would be covered by the big deal price. It was only when the team showed up was I told of the extra fee. $99 Second, the team the company sent, damaged my walls moving equipment in and out, they broke one of the vents, and managed to break the long brush they used to clean as it snapped off in the vent under my dining room. I was told there was nothing they could do that day and they would have to re schedule another visit. This was very irritating as I took a day off work to get this done. I was verbally told that I would NOT have to pay the extra fee. The team came back a few days later and finished the job. To this day, I do not know if your brush is still in my vent. The Company had my email and phone number from the big deal. I did NOT receive one phone message from the company asking us to pay nor did I receive an email from them ever. As far as I was concerned I had paid in full. The company reported us to a "Collections" department which I find completely unfair. No email, no phone and straight to collections. We ended up paying the fee to clear our record. This company is very deceptive. Beware….. FFFFFFFFFFFF's all around

It went well without any issues. They were late as they had experienced some unexpected problems at the earlier job. They set up their duct cleaning vacuum and explained the whole process. They sealed off each vent individually so they could suck out the dust and then they brushed out all the vents. They cleaned up when they were done. They were professional and I would use them in future and recommend them to others.

They cleaned up when they were done and there definitely seems to be an improvement in the ducts. One duct had come loose prior to their arrival and they went out of their way to fix that up. It was above and beyond the call of duty and it was appreciated. I paid an additional $80 to have them clean the air handler that was not included in the deal. They were good. The price wasn't particularly great but it wasn't bad. They actually called me before I could call them. They were right on time.

Professional, courteous. About 7 years ago, paid about $600 for same service so I was happy about this price.

It was one of their first times using a new high end vacuum cleaner. They did not have the correct plug and needed to come back - that being said once they got everything up and running they did a great job.
