Went well. Cleaned all ducts. They knew exactly what to do. Very experienced.

I was happy with the job. The employees were very professional and also did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. The only negative aspect was that as the job progressed, there were additional things that needed to be cleaned that were not included in the original price, one of which was over $100 and I was not expecting that. I would definitely use this company again, though, but would be more careful about asking questions upfront as to additional costs that could arise during the cleaning.

They arrived on time and were friendly, explaining what they were doing as they went. They were also willing to answer questions and chat, and they liked out dog. The work was done completely and they cleaned up after themselves. We were very satisfied with their work.

Two guys came right on time as scheduled. They were very professional and did an awesome job. They were honest not to suggest additional extras which were not required. They cleaned up all the dirt if any which fell down... and all vents were cleaned well.

Awesome. The technician communicated everything that was going to happen and when and why he needed to deviate from his original plan. When he walked me through the plan he let me know that there might be some deviations and would know better once he inspected the system. Great representative of the company.

One man spent 4.5 hours cleaning all ducts in home with professional equipment.

They were prompt, did a good job, cleaned up nicely, were able to replace the filter, and also I accepted their suggestion for extra cleaning of fan and cooling at the questionable cost of $160. And they did a nice minor repair (tape job) on a leaky vent (free). Unasked they also did an evaluation and wrote up an estimate of the cost of sealing my vent system and wanted to give met he sales pitch and get me to sign up for it. I did not listen and they left the estimate and literature. But overall, at the Angie's deal made it about half the cost of other estimate I had done for the work, and I would choose this again (if I ever need it done again).

I agree with the 5* reviews about Duct Kings of Lowell, MA. The 5* reviews and positive comments is why I chose this company to perform the duct cleaning. On March 9, I purchased a promotional Club Deal offered by Duct Kings on Angie's List. About 3 weeks ago, I called and scheduled an appointment for April 29 at 9:00 a.m. The process was reviewed on the phone, and at that time I was told I would receive a call the day before the appointment to confirm, and answer any questions, and I did receive that confirmation call. At the stroke of 9:00 a.m. the doorbell rang, and the technician arrived. He stepped inside the door, and immediately put on shoe covers. My first thought was that this is a good sign of what is to come. The technician's name is Miguel. Throughout the entire 5-hour process, he was pleasant, and very busy. The work was far more extensive than I could have imagined. Miguel was EXCELLENT and did a careful, and extremely thorough cleaning of the ducts and dryer vent. Duct King's invoice says "We strive for excellence." In this case, Miguel provided that excellence, and exceeded my expectations. He is truly an asset to his employer. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Duct Kings of Lowell, and would certainly recommend Miguel. I am very happy that I chose this company for the duct cleaning. The appointment process was delayed but once I notified them I had not heard from them. They reached out to me and was very efficient about scheduling a date when they were available to come to my house for the cleaning. The cleaning went great. Duct kings arrived at the time they stated they were going to be here. They took initiative and asked me if I had any questions about their process. He explained what they did in terms of cleaning the vent and how everything worked. Cleaning the coils in the furnance was not part of the service i purchased so that was an additional cost. They conducted a leakage test on my system and wasn't able to get a good reading and stated that I probably had more than 40% leakage while the average home has 25-30% leakage. They were very prompt about having their air vent sealing contact come out and explained what that process is and provided me a qoute.

They did a great job and were very clean and courteous.

Very impressed with the job that was done and the technician was personable. Spent a considerable amount of time doing the work and all around I am happy with the services. Would recommend using them in the future.

Due to a miscommunication I ordered this coupon while my fiancé called a different company to get our ducts cleaned. I only spoke with Duct Kings to ask about refunding the coupon and they referred me to Angie's List. Kieth was very pleasant and understanding on the phone. I would use them in the future.

There has been a misunderstanding at the beginning of the work that they said the deal I bought does not include dryer vent cleaning. But they agreed to perform the service once I showed them the fine print on Angie's list. Other than that, their work if very good. A two men team worked in my house for about 4 hours, and a technician came in during the work to perform the inspection. They were very professional and brought shoe covers that helps keep my house clean.

I purchased the deal in June, prior to moving in, and I had the hardest time getting in touch with the gentleman who would schedule my appointment. It seemed he was always out of the office and we played an annoying game of phone tag for a few weeks until we were able to set up an appointment. However, the team who came out to clean the house was prompt, fast, and did an excellent job of answering all our questions. I would definitely use their services again.

Duct Kings was very responsive in scheduling but I had a conflict and had to cancel their service call the night before they showed up. I have not had a chance to reschedule but the blame is mine. I'd prefer putting off until summer and want a refund until then. thank you

we would definitely use them again and we recommend them without any reservations! By the way, prospective clients using any duct cleaning company should be aware that they often have to drill into your ducts in order to get in there to clean them (they did this on our system and we were not aware this was "normal"); they repaired everything when they were finished to our complete satisfaction.

They were quite good. They were pretty impressive. It was a good deal. They cleaned the furnace twice for the first floor then they had a reduced price so I had two more floors done. I thought they will complain like they can't do that but they did it without any haggling.

I called and spoke with Keith. I told him the size of the home and approximately how many air ducts I had. I let him know that the heating system was also apart of a central a/c system. Keith was able to quote me a price of $500.00. However I was able to get the 5% discount so it came to $475.00. He scheduled the appointment for January 30th at 10:30 A.M. The hvac tech Brett showed up rite on time. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Brett got rite to work and started setting up for cleaning the ducts. He worked alone and had a lot of equipment to carry in. I had one vent that was hard to access but that was no problem for Brett. He was able to clean it from below. I asked Brett a few questions about the process and he was happy to explain them. I believe Brett was finished in about five to six hours. I am very happy with the service.

Very punctual. Did what they said they were going to. Did not try to up sell me. They were a little sloppy. All and all I'd recommend them to anyone.

They were wonderful and superb from the time they walked through the door, and until the time they left. They did a very thorough job. They do it step by step. They are efficient and I can’t say enough good things about them. The scheduling was very easy. They got the job done in about 3 hours. The technicians were very professional, neat, and communicative. They explained how everything would work.
