2 very friendly and polite people arrived on time on the designated day. Cleaned all ducts as agreed. Wore protective gear over their shoes. Caused very slight damage to some of the drywalls (hairline cracks) when removing air duct covers from walls, but not a big problem.

We took a prepaid an Angie's List $399.00 deal offer from this company for unlimited cleaning of all air ducts and vents in our new house. However, when we called to schedule the appointment the company had the wrong address for us and when we told them our actual address they said that our home was too big and had too many blower systems to honor the deal. There was no mention of any limitations in the Angie's List offer. It simply said "unlimited." They also said they could not return our money and that we would have to try to seek a refund from Angie's List instead. Very bad experience.

Bought the $399 vent clean package and paid anoth $150 because I had two systems. These guys were good, They had to come over two days to complete the service because it was a bog job. I was trying to decide what deal to get and I went with these guys, even though they seemed really high priced compared to the other deals. When you look at the other deals there are LOTS of hidden costs and stipulations. With these guys I knew exactly what I was paying for and what I was getting!

I had a specific time frame I need this work done by and unfortunately they did not have the availability in their schedule. I have requested a refund from Angie's List as the work was not completed.

The company called me back quickly and were able to schedule the work in a week on a day that was convenient for me. Gary came to do the work at the scheduled time. He was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained how the work would be done before doing it and gave me updates along the way. He worked for 4 hrs including replacing part of the hose for the dryer that he said was somewhat dented or crushed in. This was not part of the service we purchased. We were very pleased with the work and the price with the Angie's List Deal.

It went very well. The scheduling was pretty good. I met the technicians, and my wife met them and said it went nicely. The price was very good – I compared them with some other companies in the area. It's hard for me to say on the quality for sure, but it seems good. I would consider using them again.

It went very well. The person who did the work was very professional and explained what he was doing. We were having unusual dust problems with out the heat being on. There is a major improvement now with limited dust.

Everyone went great once we were able to get ahold of somebody in the office - I would allow a week or two lead time and recommend not waiting to contact the provider if you are purchasing the big deal. It appears it is a popular promotion as the tech stated they have a high volume due to angies list. Other than the phone tag and failure to use the angie list scheduling system everything went great. I did not observe the actual cleaning but saw all the tools and was explained what was going to happen. also saw the access hole that drilled and it appeared secured properly. I believe the job took about 4 hours or so which equates to approx. $100/hr - I think overall a pretty good price and certainly a valuable service. There was no upsell or anything else they just provided a handout on other services they provide which was appreciated. Overall I would recommend

The services were no performed due to inability on our part to schedule the service.

The technician's name was Miguel, and he arrived at our home at exactly 8:00 AM as scheduled. He was very professional and he wore white booties over his shoes whenever he entered the house. He began by disabling the furnace on the ground floor and he blocked all of the heating riser and return vents to conduct pressure tests. In the course of testing he discovered that when the ducts had been cleaned previously by another company, the access holes to the duct work that had been cut had not been adequately covered and sealed. In some cases only one sheet metal screw had been used and in other cases the duct insulation was all that was holding the cover plates over the access holes. So, all of the ductwork has been leaking for years without our knowing it. A giant HEPA vacuum was connected to the ground floor heating ductwork and a vacuum was pulled on the ductwork as Miguel began systematically cleaning all of the riser and return ductwork with brushes. He also systematically cleaned all of the riser and return vents of the ground floor system. All of the access holes to the ductwork were covered with sheet metal and several sheet metal screws. In order to complete the seal, metal duct tape was employed to cover all of the seams. Once completed, the air conditioner was enabled and the results were amazing. There was a huge improvement in airflow on the ground floor. While on the ground floor, the dryer vent was cleaned of lint before moving to the second system. We did not have the furnace blower vanes cleaned as that would have increased the price by an additional $75 and the bulk of debris resided in the ductwork, not on the blower blades. It was not clear to me whether or not it would be an additional $75 for each furnace. Cleanout of the second system was much faster than the first, as there were far fewer registers and ducts for the second floor. In all, the total task took about 6 hours for a thorough cleaning and we were very happy with the results.

We moved in to our new home about a month ago and knew one of the first things we needed to get done was have the vents cleaned. Miguel from Duct Kings came out and he was punctual, professional, and did an amazing job. He worked the whole day cleaning the vents and returns. The equipment that Duct Kings uses is no joke and after seeing what they pulled from the ducts, I wish I booked them sooner. We will definitely use Duct Kings again....thank you!
