Well, I was dissatisfied. I called the company to follow up and they said Nick, the owner or one of the owners would come out. Nick was a very nice guy. But again, Nick didn't see any signs of the vent leaking. It has to be at full power/pressure to leak. His suggestion was to open up the boiler and see if there are any leaks inside of it. He was supposed to follow up w me and didn't. I expressed to both gentleman the urgency of this issue as I cannot go down the stairs when the heat shuts off. The stairs are not safe for me right now. I sent him a picture describing the leak location specifically as well as a video of the sound at full pressure. No follow up. My guess is that this job is too small for them. I'm disappointed. They took my $150 for an evaluation (which they don't disclose they charge as an evaluation fee btw) and nothing was fixed. I'm stuck and rather unhappy. No I wouldn't recommend although Nick Jr. is a nice guy.

The problem with buying a new house is that you are buying someone else's problems. We bought our house in May, when we fired up the furnace for the first time in October we noticed that it was only running for two minutes at a time. It turns out the prior owner had wired the air conditioning compressor to run concurrently with the boiler. When the water circulator failed, the boiler froze! Coils burst and water was everywhere. Druziako was there quickly, diagnosed the problem, gave me the best estimate, and provided options to minimze cost. They were great to work with and responded both late at night and on the weekend. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

Arrived on time, very polite and patient with regards to my overall care and maintenance of the two furnaces. I had a coupon for 1 furnace and they honored a discount for the 2nd furnace.

The whole crew was very dedicated, professional, polite, and they perfectly cleaned everything. While they were working, I asked many questions and they always provided very detailed and clear explanations. In the end, they summarized for me what was done, tested all the equipment, and provided major operation instructions I had to know. The office submitted the rebates for me. It was always easy to reach the manager and the office, and get all the information I needed. I very pleased both with the price and with the overall outcome. After getting tired of fixing the 30 yo oil furnace, I decided to accept the deal National Grid (NG) offererd me to do the conversion from oil to gas. The process is compilcated and it involves several steps. It took about 6 months from submitting the application for extending the gas line to getting a working furnace. Even before I submitted the application, I got in touch with several contractors in the area to determine the various options. After going through the quotes, Nick Druziako's quote seemed to be detailed, justified and most reasonable. One thing I liked about his quote was he was able to break down the cost with line items that showed the difference when a humidifier/superior air cleaner/ac-coil is added etc. Nick guided me through the process, advised me on what I should expect and worked with me to identify where the vent pipes needed to be placed etc. On the day of the installation, Nick's crew was punctual and got the work done in less than 6 hours. Nick personally stopped by at the end of the day to make sure work was done properly. He again stopped by after the gas was turned ON by NG to make sure I understood how the furnace operated and to detect issues and troubleshoot basic stuff if there is a need. This man knows his stuff and truly cares about his customers. My understanding is Druziako is a family run operation and they care a lot about their reputation. They are very accommodating and they really ensure their customers are truly satisfied and happy. Nick runs a lean operation out of Lowell, MA, and is able to pass on the savings to his customers. If you are someone who is in the process of converting from oil to gas, I would highly recommend Nick and his crew. In addition to the savings, you will get someone local who will stand behind their work and make sure its done properly and professionally.

The technician was on time, courteous and professional. There was not much done to the furnace itself. Hand brushed dirt / debris off the burners, checked and cleaned a sensor. Tested the thermostat and confirmed the system is operating as expected.

I wish I could give them an A+ rating! Nick is wonderful, very personable and professional. He was the one who came to scope out the estimate and was full of great information. It's a wonderful family-owned business. Nick's son Larry led the team that did the work and I can't say enough good things about him. Since we probably won't be using our central air until early next summer, Nick was willing to extend his 1 year warranty for me. Hire him!!!!

They showed up at 7:30 of a 7-9 appointment window. I appreciate punctuality more than anything because it allows me to plan my day. Their work was accomplished in roughly 1/2 hour -45 minutes. They were clean, polite, knowledgeable, and provided me with options to save money. I plan on using them again in the spring to tune up my a/c system.

I am very happy with my overall experience with Druziako. Nick Druziako was very professional he showed up at the time scheduled for the free estimate. Nick did a great job at explaining everything to me. The day of the work his crew (Joe, Larry, Bob) came and did the work with no problems. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. The men were all very nice and very knowledgeable. I would definitely refer Druziako HVAC Inc.

I called in the problem and they were able to send someone out that day. The tech was very knowledgeable about the problems I was having and quickly solved the issue with a new filter and a bit of freon. While he was there he performed a PM on the unit also. We have used the central AC for a bout a week after the repair and there have been no problems.

Nick was extremely helpful and patient. I called after hours regarding an issue and he spent a good 45 minutes with me on the phone trying to help me fix the issue free of charge! Greatly appreciated!

I will be calling Druziako for all of my HVAC needs going forward. Thanks to Angie's List for lining me up with such a reputable company.

My central AC unit is 20+ years old so I wasn't surprised to see it fail after many years of use. A quick call and had an appointment for the next day. Problem was easily identified to a failed Capacitor in the Condenser unit. They had a replacement cap in their van and was back up and running within an hour. In addition to swapping the bad part, a check of the rest of the system (refrigerant pressure, temperature delta, blocked airflow, etc...) was done. It was nice to see the thoroughness of the visit. There was quite a bit of price markup for the cap (internet search showed similar ones costing 40-50% less), but then again they had it on hand so paying for the convenience is understandable.

Nick Druziako was very professional and knowledgeable and i would defintely recommend Druziako!. Quote was very competitive and quickly turned around. He even showed us what our options were if we added on additional items. What i liked about Nick is he took the time to understand what our issues were and what we were looking for. He even recommended changes to allow us more space at no additional cost. What i also liked was finding out the reason he couldnt come out to meet us right away was because he was away at training as well as his entire staff. When his crew came to do the work they stated they werent sure they could not get all the units installed that day but they worked hard and were actually able to get them all installed the same day. In talking with them they definitely like working for Nick as he not only takes time to invest in his people but that he takes care of his workers and his customers. Nick came back to make sure the job was done right and that we were satisfied. Highly recommend.

Scheduled appointment and then canceled and set a new one which was no big deal. Very nice man came out and when I brought him down to the furnace I was told they do not do oil burners. I said it would have been nice had someone asked me the type of furnace I had. I asked him about the refund and he said the office would handle but because I had to get a refund on another service I found I have to complete this request.

I bought the seasonal air-conditioner tune-up deal for $95 on a Thursday. On Friday we scheduled the work to be done the following Monday. Someone came out right around the promised time on Monday morning. He checked everything that needed to be checked. He also releveled the outside condenser unit (which was badly slanted) and even sealed up the area where where the pipes go into the roof to the attic, which is possibly where mice have been entering my house. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely use them again.

Nick, the owner of the company, was incredibly helpful while we were trying to decide what system to get and which company to use. He gave us a very reasonably priced quote after visiting our house and taking measurements. He then came back on a Saturday to go through the quote and our questions. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. His crew that did the job were equally as impressive. They were here for 4 days and were great with my children and dog. They answered my questions as they came up and made sure I understood the system and how it worked before they left.

They were very good. He was not here for too long and they did a good job, the furnace works a lot better now.

I had a flood a couple of months ago, a water line under a sink had frayed and suddenly opened up. Water poured out from under the second floor bathroom sink, traveled down the air vent that was on the floor next to the sink right down the middle of the house soaking everything in its path and ending up in the basement. Naturally I wanted the air vent moved so if water ended up on that floor again we wouldn't have a repeat performance. I found Nick Druziako on Angie's list. He came out to give me an estimate within a few days, and completed the job by the end of the week. He called me back, and called me before he arrived at my home. He is the owner of the company and came out in person to complete the job, because he knew I was in a hurry to get it done before the contractor comes in to complete repairs of all the flood damage. He also gave me some good advice about a concern I had about my furnace. Nick was pleasant and gave me a clear explanation of what he was doing and what the next construction steps would be concerning my transformed air vent (my construction contractor will have to frame it with lumber and add more drywall to enclose the upright air vent pipe that was installed).

It went very very well. Eddie came in and figured out what was wrong within 10 minutes and gave me very good guidance about the repair. He also discussed my aging cooling condenser outside and whether or not the furnace would work well on my family room addition. He also noticed a condensate pump line leaking and offered to repair it. It all went very well. Druziako came right away and the overall experience was excellent. Given the furnace's age, I decided to go ahead with them and get a free quote.
