Not able to debug reason for heat pump failure but did find mice and nest in unit that prior HVAC never found because they clearly never opened up heat pump to check. Nicest team and did not charge for their services.

Everything went great! The guys were neat and kept everything clean. I would definitely use this company again.

They are very responsive. Give reasonable estimates compared to their competition. Good communication.

Nick came to the house on time and was gracious enough to give us a courtesy call when he was on the way. Nick was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to identify the issue and provided what seems to be a reasonable solution to the problem.

The gas company gave me three Grand back, it was a rebate program. They did a great job. The price was standard with the industry. They were here when they said they were coming and they were in and out in two days. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Most companies don't, they say they're going to be there and they don't show up. They've been in business for 30 years. It's nice and neat, they cleaned up after themselves, the thing looks pretty, all the piping is nice and straight the way it's supposed to be.

They showed up on time, explained what needed to be done and performed the work quickly. They even made the time to talk to me about options for heating my attic.

The work was good and the person was professional. However, they forgot about the appointment and showed up 3 hours after the original service window.

Saturday morning and my furnace starting making awful noises. We've used Druziako before but haven't needed them in a while. We called them and Nick discussed the issue with my husband - really talking him through the situation. Unfortunately, we needed a part so my husband couldn't fix it on his own. Nick was able to track down the part and had someone here within the hour to fix it. It was great that Nick worked with us to find a solution. The service man was here less than an hour to fix it (and he did some maintenance on it, too) We are signing up for their yearly service contact!

Contacted them on AL this morning. They contacted me the same day and said they might be able to come out today if not they would set up an service call for tomorrow morning (7-9). About an hour later the guy called me and was there in about 15-20 min. Our AC had been out for about 2 weeks and we were tired of playing text/phone tag with our other guy. The AC guy looked at our unit and noticed that a possibly suicidal mouse had toasted himself and the capacitor. (a moment for the mouse....) He was able to fix it today and now we are back in business before the weather heats up this week. Not sure how the other guy (who looked at the unit) did not see the mouse. Will use them again. PS: If Angie's list was not free, I am not sure I would have found them. So THANKS!!

It went great. We had a problem, they came promptly and the problem was solved.

This was a multi-day job that involved removing the old boiler, installing a new gas boiler and water heater, fluiing the pvc pipes to the outside, doing gas piping, electrical work and plumbing required for the job ( a rather complex system of copper piping was put in for my forced hot water system). Also they installed 2 thermastats. They were complete professionals throughout the entire process from the estimate, to the installation to explaining the Mass Save rebate. Special note goes to Mark who patiently answered all my questions and put in long work days on the project. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. It provides the type of service that is rarely seen in this day and age.

Came on time. Very professional job. Cleaned up every speck of debris. Installation team was neat and courteous. Office even submitted paper work for our rebate. This is a topnotch company that I can recommend without reservation.

The end of June 2014, Dave Druziako put in two central AC systems for a two-family houses of my father's. Unit B was not occupied with tenants until winter time, so the system did not get used until this summer 2015. About one month after the tenant used the system, beginning of July 2015, it stopped cooling. I called Dave Druziako and asked him whether he would honor his work. On the phone, he said it depended. He thought it was because that I did not change the filter. According to him, if the system froze up, then it was not his fault, blahblahblah. Based on my previous interactions with him after installation, I knew he would try to find all kinds of excuses to push off the responsibilities. So I tried to get a second opinion Unfortunately, the second person was not any better. He found out that Dave Druziako did not even install a filter for me. So he simply put in a filter and recharged the freon and told me it was all set. Another month passed by, it stopped working again. The system froze up again not because of filter, but because there was a leak somewhere. I called Druziako again because they were the ones who put in this for me. However, Dave's guy could not find any leak or problems, so he simply told me that it was a bad coil they installed on the furnace. I asked him how he came with that conclusion, he said because he could not find any leak on the pipe... (Btw, later on we found that was a mis-diagnose! Thank god we did not listen to him again!) Anyway, back then we almost trusted him that it was the bad coil and asked him whether he would honor his work because it was only used for less than 2 months. And it was the bad parts he put in. It took him quite a few days to get back to me because I am sure he knew it was his fault. However, when he called me back, he told me it already passed their one year labor warranty. And because someone else put freon in the machine, they would not warranty anyway. And they would charge me $1300+ to replace the coil with materials being covered by manufacturer, blahblahblah. How typical a response from Druziako!! The most ridiculous part was that I received an invoice of $230 a few weeks later, asking me to pay for the service call since I did not want them to replace the coil. LOL. Your guy did not do anything to help. You put in a bad system for me. Your guy could not find the issue and did not even recharge the freon or do anything. And you almost tricked me to replace a brand-new good coil. The leak was actually on the brand-new condenser. And again, you put that bad condenser in for me!! Another note, Dave Druziako installed a wall Heat/AC system for me on my own house three years back (my contractor used him). One year after it's installed, it also stopped working. His guy cracked a screw which caused freon leak. And after they repaired that screw, the AC stopped working again on the second year, which I haven't had it fixed. How stupid am I to use him again!! Lessons learned and please stay away from this company! And Dave Druziako, I am ready to go on the court with you and fight for myself! Can't back up again to let people like you continue with your malpractice.

Very pleased with Druziako HVAC soup to nuts. Received prompt call-back, tech arrived on-time, quickly diagnosed and repaired A/C problem, also discovered thermostat problem and installed a new one. I was particularly pleased with communication. I learned much about the workings of my central air system and was given a tutorial on my new thermostat which I'm very pleased with. Joe patiently answered several questions, he clearly knows his business and takes pride in his work. I would most definitely call Druziako HVAC again. Very professional service!

Nick came to my home within a day or two after contact to look at replacing my original furnace and A/C units. I received a detailed estimate within a week after that. He provided all the paperwork needed for the Mass Save Program. All the work was done efficiently and professionally by his team. They cleaned up after and it was like they were never there. One stayed behind and explained how to operate the system and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

The technician cleaned the drain pipe, drained extra water inside the system, inspected the components, tested system temperature to make sure AC works properly. He also takes time to write down the filter size and give me the maintenance recommendations. I would definitely use their service again.

Nick and Joe were very professional and communicate well. They determined that they were not the right people for the job and connected me to a company that was a better match. Amazingly, Nick offered to be available as a sounding board and to answer questions as we talked to other companies. I'm disappointed that we won't be working with Druziako HVAC. I felt strongly that I was talking to honest, knowledgable folks with great integrity.

Used the company last year for an annual tune-up. (Found them on Angie's List.) This year the first time we turned on the A/C found that we weren't getting any cold year. Called for an appointment. Had to reschedule because of a conflict (on my side; they were very accommodating about it). Tech came out and found that one unit was just low on freon. The other unit was more of a mystery. He looked around for a leak but couldn't find any. He was happy to explain what he was doing and why. After exhausting the possibilities recharged the unit. Overall very happy with the experience.

Provider inspected AC unit, however, did not tell me if unit needs charge or not, I had to ask while he was getting ready to leave

I recently moved and my home was unevenly heated - very hot on the second floor and cold on the first. On a preliminary visit, Nick inspected my heating system and determined that some of the duct work needed to be looked at and recommended moving the thermostat. On a later date, he and his team showed up promptly at the time scheduled. They were polite and professional and Nick himself oversaw the work. His crew changed some of the dampers in the attic. Nick had also referred me to an electrician and helped coordinate scheduling so that they were there at the same time to move the thermostat to a central location in the home. I opted to install an automatic set-back thermostat and Nick was able to supply one that works well and is simple to use (not a brand I was familiar with). The house is much more comfortable now and Nick will come back in the summer to service the air conditioning. The job took a little longer than planned but the price remained at the quoted price. I am very happy with his service and will use his company in the future for my HVAC work.

I was very impressed with their service I would highly recommend and in fact recommended them to my brother.

We wanted to update and overhaul the old heating system in our home. We heard about Druziako HVAC through friends of ours who had used their services and were happy with their work. Also checked the reviews on Angie's List. We had a good experience with this firm. The person who took the calls and set up the appointment was very polite and helpful. They gave us a quote for the work, and when we decided to go ahead of it, did it in a timely manner. My in laws were home when they came to do the work, as they came during the week when I was at work. The system has been working very well so far. About the prices, I could not really say if it was high or not, as we did not compare prices. The company helped us get a $50 rebate. Would certainly recommend them.

The service provider was very professional and explained me every thing before and after installation. They know exactly what they are doing. I am impressed with his quality of work.

Bottomline, job well done and I am a satisfied customer. In more details: Gas furnace abruptly started making loud grinding noises around midnite. Could't find any obvious causes. Shut off central heating and switched to electrical heaters. Freezing temperatures outside. Called Druziako first thing next morning. Nick quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone and had a technician with a new inducer motor stop by within a few hours. Technician was polite and quick wit the installation. Furnace problem was resolved and has not reappeared. I found Druziako people friendly, professional, quick and effective. The price was fair for an emergency. They could have charged more (e.g. starting with an onsite diagnosis) but didn't. I would highly recommend Druziako for any furnace problems. They are probably as good with other things besides furnaces, but so far that is all I can speak of from direct experience.
