Description of Work: He gave an estimate over the phone but we asked that he come and see the job to give a firm estimate. After his visit to see the job he never sent the promised estimate and did not return our calls

Description of Work: They came out to maintenance my furncace and A/C unit. He must've just took the cover off the furnace and vaccumed what he could and kept it moving. Same thing with the A/C unit. Later that month I had a contractor out taking a look at a few things and I mentioned how I just had someone come out to service the units. He said they had done a horrible job. Everything was still dirty and not working as efficiently as it should've been and the unit outside still had leaves in it; maybe I was supposed to be looking for a company that included a bit more in their packages? I won't be using them again.

Description of Work: They performed both a heating and a/c tune-up. I purchased one Angie's List deal and paid for the other service. They were a pleasure to deal with from scheduling to the actual service. Will absolutely use again in the future!

Description of Work: Nick arrived on time, was extremely friendly and professional, and supplied a reasonable quote for the body of work (not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive, either). We ended up not doing the project in the end, but I can confidently say Druziako HVAC would have won the contract if we had. I would not hesitate to call Druziako HVVAC in the future should I need plumbing or HVAC services.

Description of Work: Install of a whole house humidifier. The tech took the time to explain everything they would do and how the unit works.

Description of Work: My heat went out, they came quickly, diagnosed and made a work around while waiting for a part to arrive. The part came a week later, they installed it, and all was good.

Description of Work: I had central A/C installed in my house. The duct work was already in place. They needed to install a new return on my 3rd floor and drilled from my kitchen closet on the 2nd floor. Everything was neat and clean. Nick was a great guy and answered all of my questions. I knew right away that I was in good hands. Everything was completed within 2 days. It would've been 1 day but the electrician got held up at a job. My a/c was working early the next morning. Everything works great and it was a very smooth project. I would definitely recommend Nick Druziako.

Description of Work: AC was not working but it was not hot. Nick walked me through a few self fixes on a Saturday to avoid an emergency call. Fixes did not work but they were here Monday and fixed it. He was willing to come out if needed, but temperature was such that heat nor ac was needed

Description of Work: I was concerned that my central A/C was freezing up, as there was suddenly very little water coming out of the drain pipe. I called Nick (owner) and he asked me several questions to get more info, then set me up with one of his technicians for the next day. It should be noted that I initially called the office (it was 9:30PM!!) intending to leave a message for them when they opened the office the next morning, but Nick actually is the one who called me back within a half hour! The technician (Joe) arrived the next afternoon and did a thorough check, replaced the filter, and did some other adjusting to the system - he then went around and checked all vents to make sure appropriate air was blowing (cold enough and hard enough). Joe was very personable and professional and certainly knows his stuff! We have had Druziako HVAC install A/C and heating systems in 3 out of our 4 houses and condo's - he's been honest, reliable, responsive, and efficient. And after not having any service done by him in the past 4 years or so, it's nice to know that this is still the way he operates. I wouldn't hesitate to use his company again and I would also recommend him without hesitation. And Joe is a star!!!
