Description of Work: Called last Tuesday and spoke to a rep about my central air-conditioning unit that is not blowing cold air.. He told me he would call the next morning to set up a time to come over. I waited all day and he never called. I called again on Thursday and left a message. No one called me back. They were the "top" rated company on your list for HVAC in my area. After being treated like that, there was no need to go further down the list, and went to Home Advisor instead.

Description of Work: Diagnosed bad capacitor, and replaced it to get the a/c fan up and running. Also charged my a/c system to get it to 100% efficiency.

Description of Work: Our home is 20 years old. It was time to replace the builder's furnace with a new, more efficient model. We also needed a new condenser on the 10+ year air conditioner. The appointment for the quote was timely, and fair. The inspection of the system and several suggestions were presented in the initial visit. They included a boost to the AC system to get us through the coming 1.5 weeks of hot weather until they could schedule the full day of repair and replacement of the HVAC system. They said they'd replace the HVAC, full house humidifier, allergen filter system, etc. all in one day, bringing a crew of guys - done in one day.

Description of Work: I had my old radiant heat gas heating system converted to a new forced hot air system with central air conditiong added. I was very pleased with all the workers that were involved in this big undertaking. They were very effecient and cleaned up everything while they worked and when the job was finished. I will certainly hire them (Mike and his crew) again.

Description of Work: I called because the heat in one end of my home was 10 degrees cooler than the other end. Joe walked through and checked all of the dampers and heat flow. He also tested the changes to be sure we were feeling the difference in the rooms that were cooler.

Description of Work: I have tried several of the big name HVAC companies in the area. I called Nick, the owner, for the first time around February with an issue on my heater. He got a technician out there (Joe) quickly and Joe was awesome. My issue, I thought, was a bad pump on my home humidifier system. Turns out the drain hose was just clogged. Not only did Joe replace the hose but it then took the pump completely apart and cleaned it! Joe was very informative with all my questions and most importantly, patient! After he left Nick called to make sure everything was working and that I was satisfied, which I was. I have used Druziako HVAC several times since and don't plan to have to look for another HVAC company. I also used them to replace my hot water heater witha tankless system and it couldn't have gone smoother. Nick handled everything. From coordinating the replacement of my gas fitting for the house to submitting the rebate refund through gas/electric company. ON top the work was done in a day and was extremely clean looking and professional. All wires tied back and and everything was neat. There are many HVAC companies around. What sets Druziako apart in my opinion is not only the experience of Nick and his team but also the professionalism and care that they use at my home. They seem to approach everything at my home as if it were there home too. Everythign is neat and orderly and sometimes cleaner than it was before they showed up! Not only do I get knowledgeable people but I get professional and polite people. A Plus.
