Dornan & Sousa Roofing Contr

I needed a new roof and I was looking for someone reliable, and a friend of mine told me about Dornan and Sousa roofing. He gave me the contact information to call Paul. He came within a few days, and the job was done in a day. I was pleased with the clean up job as well you would have never even have known they were there. I was having company that weekend and wanted everything to cleared and they did a great job. He was pleasant to work and punctual. If you are looking for someone reliable who does a good job at a fair price I would recommend this company. My buddy told me that they have been in business for over 30 years so I am not sure why anyone would have a problem with this company they certainly know what they are doing. - Cliff

Within a year the roof began leaking through the ceiling and all over the floor from a simple summer N'oreaster even though he (supposedly) installed full ice and water shield. Greg Sousa came out when I called him to inspect the roof and also give me an estimate on roof heating cables I wanted to install. He said he would fix the roof and install the cables on a subsequent Saturday. The Saturday morn he was supposed to come out, he called to cancel, without an appolgy. He said he would try to make it out within the next two weeks. Three weeks have since come and gone with at least 7 unanswered phone calls. He is totally blowing me off. I dont know how people like this stay in business. I would not count on him to show up if you hire him, and certainly not to fix your roof if you have an issue with it after he installs it. Don't let this happen to you. There are too many ethical roofers out here from which to choose than to take a chance by hiring this guy. I just wish I had joined Angie's list before I hired him.
