Guy showed up a little early. Neither my wife nor I was home. What impressed me was that he wouldn't enter the house until my wife came home. That's very professional. He examined my house and placed the traps and bait in strategic locations. He advised up that the traps and bait would take approximately two weeks to be effective. From all indications the mice are gone. He guarantees the effectiveness for 8 months. I'll probably have hime come back in the spring if I have carpenter ants in my house again.

While at my house giving an estimate Guy went to work to get rid of the mice. Guy explained what my real issue was and explained what he would do to rectify the problem. Guy came to check out what I thought was a squirrel problem and he wound up rectifying my actual problem which was mice the same day. Talk about fast service. Unbelievable. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Guy was responsive to my initial call. He offered to come the same day and did so. He explained what he was doing and why and what I could expect as a result. He dealt with me in a competent, professional manner and seemed genuinely concerned with solving my ant problem.

The ant nests around my front steps were thriving and the large ant trail across the lower landing was getting embarrassing. So I called Discount Pest Control and lucked out in that they were immediately available. Within an hour, two gentlemen showed up and quickly sprayed the above mentioned locations. I was told it could take a few days for the full effect to be felt and that the product was "sticky" enough to last several months. Sure enough, the service came with a 6 months warranty where they'd come back for free it ants reappeared. It's been 4 months and I'm happy to report that my ant problem has been taken care of. The only area they could improve on is being more detailed about the pesticide they use. I would have liked more details about the chemical composition so I could evaluate for myself the kind of precautions to take.
