Culligan Water Conditioning of Lowell MA

Recently reached out to Culligan during potential home purchase at the recommendation of a family member who had used them before. The potential house had a well and the seller provided us with water test results. Based on some of the findings, we knew a specialist would be needed to help understand implications of the finding and if remediation would work and approximate cost. The owner spent time on the phone with us educating on typical issues in the town we were looking to purchase, what questions to ask of sellers realtor, and approximate cost of the repairs. While we didn’t ultimately win the bid on the house, we respected and appreciated the time the owner of this location took to help us. We will use them again in the future!

We had our water tested because some of the neighbors had mentioned that they had needed radon mitigation systems for their well water, and when we found our radon levels were over the limit, we looked for companies that would install a system. We called three companies; one never returned the call, one submitted an emailed quote for $4800, and Cassidy came out and actually looked at our system, giving us a quote for $4250, which we chose. The system they installed is working smoothly and hooked up to the house plumbing properly, and it vents out the roof. The bonus was that while the plumbers were there, they noticed that our wall-mounted on-demand Rinnai hot water heater had a lot of calcium buildup from our hard water, and they cleaned it out for us. So now our hot water also has a much greater volume than before, which is terrific, and they didn't charge us for this extra work even though I offered to pay them for it. At the end of the install, the plumbers walked me through the whole system. They were extremely professional and courteous, and I'd certainly recommend them.
