Cason's Equipment

Excellent. It's hard finding companies that will service large (immovable) outdoor generators. I spoke with Tom Cason a couple of weeks ago and learned that Cason's Equipment not only provides this service but would put us on a contract for annual service, which is what I wanted. They arranged a service visit for this week, and the service tech called me on Tuesday to let me know he'd be coming. I warned him that we had a flowering plant with bees nearby and that he might be advised to delay us for a couple of weeks. But, he said that it wouldn't be a problem. While I was at work, he changed the oil, performed service checks, and changed the battery, which was overdue to be replaced. When I returned home, I found a notice of service performed attached to the knob of my front door. I was pleased that the service technician managed to perform the work without having to spray the bees -- bees were still buzzing around the flowers and there were no dead ones on the ground.

I brought my riding mower for a service and got a standard maintenance quote. Cason's found a few issues with the mower and said they were going to fix it. The issues sounded fairly minor. I was not told how much repairing these issues would cost. Once their fixed all the issues, which took an extra week (again, not a problem), I came in to pick up the mower. The bill was extraordinarily high. They described what was fixed, and honestly it didn't look or work any different. The value is not worth the price I paid for this service.

They were able to take the mower quickly and complete work in a reasonable time frame. Capable of working on small home oriented equipment to pro gear.

I count him as a very good boy. He will repair anything that has to be done. I had a snow blower that lasted for 10 years and I use to have him come out and pick it up and repair it and check on it. Then, drop it off at another time. It is so much easier and it always worked. I never had any problems with it, so that's a good thing rather than buy one at Home Depot or something, and then you don't know where to go to get it repaired. I didn't feel it was too expensive because I had a big yacht and like I say there is a lot of moving the snow around. They can probably buy stuff right there if they go down to the shop. He charge kind of a going rate anyway. I am satisfied even if I pay more for it.
