Description of Work: The company took care of the dryer vents at both apartments. We have a building with 92 units - 8 floors 2 dryers on each floor then our other building has 3 floors with 6 dryers. Casella was very professional and clean. We are going to contract with them once a year to clean out our dryer vents. From the receptionist to the workers to the owner everything was exceptional.

Description of Work: Casella was hired for a deep cleaning of the entire house and window cleaning. The result was amazing. I specifically asked for cleaning outside the usual (e.g. baseboards, light switches, plugs, recess lights). Everything was done to my full satisfaction - even items I did not expected to be cleaned like a chandelier hanging from an open second story.

Description of Work: Called to set up an estimate. I waited three days, no one called me back. When I called again, I was told that the owner would call me back in ten minutes. Two days later, no call.

Description of Work: Casella is sending 2 people every other week to clean our kitchen, two half-baths and a full bath. They have done an excellent job and we have booked them to return every two weeks for this work.

Description of Work: We had just purchased a new home and wanted a thorough cleaning done before we moved in. I requested that the stove, microwave and fridge be included.

Description of Work: Cleaned bathrooms and kitchen. Vacumed floors and dusted furniture, ceiling fans and wood work. The ladies that came to clean our house were very nice and performed their duties very well. We have engaged, this company, to clean our house twice a month.

Description of Work: First time using a House Cleaning Service but was having people back to my house after a memorial service on 10/6/12. Eddie Casella came to the house and reviewed what needed to be done. For 1st time deep cleaning he quoted $290 for 5 hours, 2 people or $348 for 6 hrs- 2-1/2 bathrooms, living room/dinning room, kitchen and TV room.. At 8:30 AM 3 people arrived (one in training) on time. At 4 PM when I had to leave to pick up someone at the airport, They were working on the kitchen. Living room furniture was still pulled out from the walls and the floors had not been done. I was billed for 9 hrs - $522. When I called, billed was reduced to $348. The house did sparkle!! Instead of putting things back where they had been, items were put in drawers/cabinets. Looked nice but I spend time hunting for things. I am having them do a monthly cleaning. Will see how that goes.

Description of Work: Eddie Casella and his staff did an outstanding job cleaning my 90 year old uncle's house. Let's just say it was a huge job and I didn't really expect that it would ever be cleaned the way I wanted it to be. However, they not only cleaned the house but removed two wall to wall carpets, pads and a mattress & box spring. This house really needed a top to bottom cleaning and after 3 days of hard work, I'm happy to say that I can now put the house on the market and be comfortable about letting people in. It was an expensive job but given the amount of time and work that was needed, it was worth every penny. Also, Eddie Casella is very professional, courteous and accommodating. Thank you. Rachelle In my previous review, I forgot to mention that they also washed all the windows in the house. They were so clean, my real estate broker thought the window was open! Although I have not used their other services, I know they offer Interior & Exterior painting, air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing & masonry. If I needed any of those services, I'd certainly be giving them a call.
