James was very easy to work with and did a nice job on our windows - he does careful, meticulous work. Due to my mistake, he was there to clean the windows on the same day a carpenter/painter was there replacing boards on the windows, but he worked around them and cleaned up some problems the carpenter left behind. Overall, I was very pleased.

He arrived on time, a little early and evaluated the job instantly. He did an installation that did not need a plumber, but when there was a small problem, he solved iti without my having to spend more $$ on a plumber. He explained the situation thoroughly and I was confident with his decision.
