A TO Z EXPRESS

It went very badly. The owner, Paul Collins, is a smooth talker and gives a lower rate than reputable movers to draw you in. His crew is friendly enough, but turned out to be hacks and worst of all, thieves. They damaged some valuable items due to the way they packed the truck by putting heavy items on top. Worst of all was the despicable theft of my pain medicine. I have a very bad back and have to take prescription pain meds every day to function without severe pain. I hid the medicine in my closet, a place they had no reason to be, but they searched it, found the narcotic medicine, and stole it. It was more than a 3 months supply that was stolen by people that want to get high, leaving me in pain every day.

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WE HIRED THEM TO MOVE A HOT TUB FOR US, BUT THE MINIMUM TIME WE COULD HIRE THEM WAS 4 HOURS AT $85/HOUR. THEY SHOWED UP 1:15 LATE AND SAID THAT THE FOUR HOURS WAS MINUS THE ONE-HOUR EACH WAY TRAVEL TIME! THEY DID ABOUT 20 MINUTES OF WORK, BUT COULDN'T MOVE THE HOT TUB (HAD TO WAIT FOR IT TO ARRIVE). THEN WHEN WE DECIDED THEY WOULD GO PICK IT UP FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE, THE DRIVER, SEAN, DECIDED HE DIDN'T LIKE HOW I TALKED TO HIM, PACKED UP THE CREW AND LEFT!! I PAID THEM $340 IN CASH AND THEY LEFT LESS THAN 45 MINUTES AFTER ARRIVING AND REFUSED TO RETURN PHONE CALLS! SURE COULD USE SOME HELP!
