+ -1 moreI called to set up an app't. I got a call back the next day stating they couldn't come out for 2 weeks. They kindly gave me the number of another plumber. The other plumber called me back but never showed up or called back to reschedule the appointment. I've had Joe do work at my house in the past and was happy with his work. Too bad he didn't have availability.

Description of Work: Determined what was causing the low water flow in kitchen faucet. A piece of rubber was blocking the inflow. I probably could have found it if I know where to look. My need shut off valve replaced in future and will call them for that.

Description of Work: Found the source and cleared a blocked drain pipe. Came the day we called for service and identified another area that could cause problems in the future but could be prevented by replacing a pipe.

We added a powder room where the plumbing was exposed in the basement and the copper fittings in the basement were as pretty as the fixtures in the powder room! He found a way to extend my heating from the steam boiler to the new kitchen that saved me hundreds of dollars. We are buying a new house and he is the man I will have walk through the houses with us to let us know what we really need to do. He knows where to look and what might give one trouble. We really trust him.
Description of Work: Joe is an extraordinary plumber and heating guy especially with steam systems. We bought an 1913 house that needed four new bathrooms and a new kitchen.
