 + -1 moreI prefer using companies located in my hometown. I contacted Haramut to get an estimate for yard word. At the time, I left a message as no one was in the office (pretty typical). It took two days for them to return my call. At that time they said they would come out to review the work with me the next day, calling before they came. They never followed through - no one ever called or stopped at my home. I ended up going with another landscaper from a different town (and was very satisfied with the results - I will definitely use them again). I know this is a busy time of year, but I think Haramut either should have been honest enough to say they couldn't take on another customer or had the courtesy to call and say they were unable to come out.
