They were great. They were clean, neat and polite. They did more than what they said that they were going to do. They did little things like cleaning the dusty fan while they were up on the ceiling and they were not trying to pink me up. I got a number of quotes from other service providers and they were very much in line in terms of their pricing. They were late but they did call and inform me.

We contacted several painters that had received excellent reviews on Angie's list. Abracadabra responded very quickly and provided the lowest quote. We weren't in a hurry to have the work done, but they were honest about the time frame in which they could complete it, and did the work fairly quickly once they started. The paint job looks very nice, and while there was one aspect of the work we weren't completely satisfied with (due to a miscommunication), when we brought the matter to Bryan's attention he sent someone back to fix the problem. Overall we were pleased with the service, and would certainly use them again.

Did not choose this contractor due to price. However, this was at a time when the new lead paint rules for exterior painting had just become law and no-one really knew what the effect on cost would be. Based on that I do believe he quoted high to be sure to cover his costs. Ironically, shortly after the law was suspended for 6 months but by that time I had made my decision.

Bryan responded to our phone call promptly. He submitted within two days on the day he promised. His quote was the lowest and his professionalism was evident in all communications. We had an approximate deadline and Bryan met that within a reasonable period despite initial weather challenges. His follow-up after stripping the areas to be stained was perfect. After two days of sunshine to dry the work areas he called in advance and spent 1 1/2 work days to complete the job on schedule. We had done this job many times over the 21 years we owned the house and never achieved the quality that Bryan and his crew did. Attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism prevailed throughout the entire job. He exceeded our expectations and we decided to tip him to show our gratitude and appreciation. Bryan also provided a one year guarantee of his work. Also Bryan and crew were careful to protect plants surrounding areas stained as requested and promised.

We remolded our kitchen and our contractor recommended Brian. Brian painted our home's interior. Addionally, he corrected problems of previous painters. Our project included walls, baseboards, doors, and ceilings. The finished product was fantastic. He was, timely, cleanned up daily and was very neat. He was always repomsive to our needs and when asked offered color selection advice..No complaints! Will look to him first on new projects.

Bryan gave me a quote right away It was very good - he also had a very professional manner and was fully licenced with insurance. Bryan began the job when he promised. He maintained excellent communication with me, calling when the weather was bad to let me know he wouldn't be there. He helped choosing the color scheme and made recommendations pertaining to the job. Bryan had to work around me when I was doing repairs. He was always accomodating and offered to complete the portions under reapir later or even next spring if I needed. The quality of his work was very good, he kept to his promised timetables and was overall a pleasure to work with. I would definately use him again and certainely would recommend him.

Bryan was recommended to us to add to the list of painters we were considering. I let my brother contact the painters and he quickly whittled down the list to the three firms that had a crew and could start work soon. Then he began negotiations. One company did not reply in a timely manner, so it was down to just two. My brother asked each to submit their best offer for price and service and Bryan won because he included staining the deck. He started work the next week and stayed with it every nice day until the work was finished. I had been nervous because of experiences with painters in the past, but there were no problems at all with Bryan.
