We needed to have our in ground pool repaired. We searched Angie's list for a pool company near our home. That is when we came across Waters' Works, Inc. They arrived ready to work. They had extensive knowledge and experience regarding pool repair and maintenance. They were easy to communicate with, friendly, and the work was priced appropriately. We will be calling them for all of our pool needs. I highly recommend them.

They clearly knew what they were doing. They knew exactly what they had to do and got it done. They hold "pool class" to let the homeowner know how to care for the pool and different chemicals they use. They also let us know the best ways to care for the pool during the winter. We had them install a heavy duty pool cover for the winter and the installation went smoothly and rapidly. They made sure that the cover fit the pools exact measurements. They also said they would let us know when we should uncover it in the spring.

I called Al in early spring to set up an appointment for our pool opening. He has a great office assistant who answers the phone and schedules all appointments. I was able to get a date for the week I wanted. Al and several of his helpers came the day and time we had scheduled. Al is extremely personable, professional and is very knowledgeable. He removed our cover, got the filter running, installed the ladders and all needed chemicals. He sells chemicals at a discount or he is happy to use ones that you have already purchased. One thing that I really liked about Al was his honesty about what we needed to keep our pool in great shape throughout the summer. Other pool companies that we have used in the past have encouraged unnecessary water testing and suggested that we buy expensive chemicals from their stores. Al does not do this. We did not opt to have weekly service so Al gave us what he calls "pool school". He taught us everything we needed to know about maintaining our pool for the summer. When we had questions that came up over the course of the summer he was very prompt in getting back to us and told us exactly what to do. Our experience closing the pool was extremely positive as well. I would highly recommend Waters' Works for any pool service. They are terrific!
