 + -1 moreGreat. Considering we were an add on, and he had to leave to get parts and come back, and spent about two hours on the project--the total was $380, which I thought was very reasonable. We had talked about ordering parts from delta which might have made it less expensive (in parts), but would have added to the length of project completion. In the end, we opted for speed. This consisted of a new rough in, and at our option a new trim/finish kit)-- I think the rough in and trim kit was prob retail $160 for me if I had to buy myself if I had to buy it myself. So overall--avery good price. Bob was pleasant to talk with, and picked up after himself. I have already recomended to others.
Description of Work: while trying to remove the mixing valve cartridge in our shower, I broke a pipe that the valve was connected to behind the wall. this of course caused a leak behind the wall, and we needed to shut the water off to the rest of the house (on a weekend) so no middle of the night plumbing emergency. I sent an email to the company on a saturday night, and the owner (Bob) responded to it on Sunday morning. He noted that the earliest he could get there would be Tuesday, and he said he completely understood if we needed to use someone else. he met us on Tuesday, and was very pleasant. There was a little difficulty using the company's web site to contact him, but his contact information was posted and I was able to contact him directly. He was very accesible. It looked like we needed a new mixing valve rough in (that I broked) or a new finish kit--since the existing one was very old, finish prety beat up--and as mentioned something was not working well before I broke it.

Gave us a bunch of tips and even helped us prepare for the piping. Bob came back the new day and installed about 15 ft of piping. Couldn't of been more responsive and professional. Thank you so much from the Thao Family.
Description of Work: We had a clog in drain pipe. Only to find out that the drain pipe was completely rotted out. Ended up breaking over 20 sq ft of concrete to follow pipe and had Bob and his team install new pipes.

They could have done a lot of unnecessary work but instead did some straightforward, honest work that saved me money. Will definitely use again.

It's now July 19 at 2 PM and still have never received a reply to my message. I would have understood if too busy to work me into schedule. Expected courtesy and professionalism of a call back, however. Very disappointed.
Description of Work: No water at kitchen sink - faucet broken. Also requested whole house water filter changed and a sink drain cleaned out.

 + -1 moreThe installation went well & on time. I had an issue with the rebate of the Heat Pump Water Heater. When the service was performed, the rebate center was in Texas, which is where I submitted the paperwork. But the rebate center changed locations at the end of December and the new rebate center (now in Massachusetts) didn't have the needed paperwork. To resubmit the paperwork requires a copy of the invoice and despite several phone calls and several emails, I've received no response. I'm out the $400 rebate. Any kind of response would have been expected....even a "sorry Joe I don't have it anymore".
