RAGGED RASCAL LANDSCAPING

We engaged Ragged Rascal last year and were more-or-less satisfied. The price was right, and they did not mow too often, but they were not as careful as I would have liked -- e.g., weed whacked a couple of new plants and did not apologize when I brought it to their attention, did not always answer phone calls and emails without numerous repeat messages. This year, we got the beginning-of-season letter asking if we wanted to engage them again and I sent email saying that I did, but after a week they had not answered or showed up. I sent another email and after another week, no answer. I called, Eric asked if I had gotten his email, I said no. He did not offer any apology or ask me if I wanted to contract with him for services this year, so I told him I had decided to go with a different company. He said OK and I said Goodbye.
