They came out on time to do estimate and provided quote via email same evening. I received 2 other estimates. Nashoba was the only company that actually inspected existing ductwork and checked out the existing heating system (gas with forced hot air) I had requested that the job be done within a 10 day time frame and they were able to accomodate my request. They completed the job in 1 day.

My elderly mother's house was 90 degrees due to the A/C being blown. I called Nashoba and they were extremely accommodating by coming out within 90 minutes of my call. The technician was very professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I though that she needed a new compressor - phew! I was given three separate estimates to choose from and I chose the one which included a service plan as I live 4o miles away. I was VERY pleased with these folks.

It went very smoothly. They return phone calls in a timely manner and there were no issues.

The process overall was very smooth. During the estimation process our options were communicated and the benefits and drawbacks of different approaches were well explained. The crew that did the install showed up on time, was attentive, hard working and polite. Each day when the crew was done for the day, they removed the debris and cleaned up after themselves. The process took a little longer than originally estimated, but the price remained the same. The crew worked late in to the night on one occasion to get things back on track. I am very satisfied with the quality of the install and the operation of the system. The plumbers on the crew were more than accommodating with my retired neighbor who wanted a look inside the old boiler and had a bunch of questions. My neighbor walked away satisfied as well.

I have been using them for the last four or five years. They are reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. They are careful and put the boots on when they come in to my house. I would continue to use them.

From start to finish a thoroughly professional comfortable experience. I chose them and decided to trust them and it went just the way I expected.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Shawn came to our house right away for the estimate. (As it happened, he had an appointment that morning in the town next to mine, and was able to be at my house an hour after I called - wow!) I had the estimate in hand that afternoon, and work began the very next day. I hired them for the job because they were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, ready to perform the work immediately and the price was competitive. The professionals who did the installation (Andy, A.J. and Mike) were knowledgeable and patient, and took the time to explain the various isolation valves and gauges to me. The workmanship was very high quality. After the work was done, the company followed up with a courtesy call to make sure that the work was satisfactory, and offered to have the owner come out and walk through the new system with me and answer any remaining questions that I might have. I would hire them for any heating and cooling project that I may have in the future, and recommend them to everyone I know.

Took away old boiler, piping, and anti-freeze. They left my basement in spotless condition. They called the next day to make sure everything was working - it was. Shawn Kelley scheduled an appointment with me a few weeks later to walk me through how all the valves and controls worked on the boiler.

Matt arrived promptly as scheduled and proposed a decent plan for how to run the high velocity duct work. Because the home needed to be retrofit with the ducts, air handlers, returns, etc., we were as interested in the creative proposal as to HOW we were going to get this accomplished in the least invasive way. Matt spent a good hour explaining the system, the installation plan and answered all of my questions. He was profesional and knowledgeable. Due to budget limitations, we did select an alternate contractor who's bid came in lower. I would, however, call on Nashoba Air in the future if we needed bids/proposals for additional projects.

They did a good job. They were prompt, courteous, and neat. One thing I liked is that they did communicate information such as the quote through email. That worked out great for us. They do take credit cards. We were given a quote, and they did the work, and the guy came back to check over everything and answer questions. The follow up was really good.

Ok, the first call only fixed the issue for a while, had to call company out again.

We made an appointment to meet a few days after I called. He was on-time and very professional. He took his time and went over all that he would need to do to make our oil to gas conversion happen smoothly (we were also installing a new gas line into our home). When we received his written estimate a few days later it was extremely thorough. We decided to use another contractor solely based on price. Nashoba Air's quote was more than two thousand dollars more than two others that we had received. Other than the price, our experience with this company was very positive.

They came when they said and did what they said they would do. They kept me well informed and also gave me a lot of literature. There was a little leak in a pipe, and they came and took care of that right away. I was happy with the whole experience.

It took me over a year to decide whether to replace my 25-year-old oil heat system with another oil system or to switch to gas. I contacted three contractors and received three different opinions and three different estimates. Nashoba (Matt) was the most patient, direct and practical. Made the most sense as to balancing my needs and my budget. Was always on-time for appointments, returned calls promptly and put everything in writing.

It went great. The workmen from Nashoba were very nice and Shawn is great. He was very responsive to my requests and even came back on short notice when the contractor needed a fix in the basement. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use them again.

We had one small problem with this company. We weren't getting sufficient humidification from our system. He loaned us a machine to test our temperatures in each room. He then offered us a whole upgraded system if we didn't feel we were getting adequate results. Just the fact he did everything he did was awesome. We were really impressed. We decided not to upgrade and settled for what we got, but he demonstrated such good customer service skills.
