Description of Work: I used Nashoba Air and Boiler Works to check out my whole house air conditioner system. The representative arrived on time. He was very professional. He also was very thorough. He charged me the quoted amount. I am very satisfied with his work and do recommend them.

Description of Work: The first time I called to make an appt., I had to leave a message asking them to call me. Three weeks later there had been no call, so I called Nashoba again. I talked with a young woman about their lack of response, she apologized, and we discussed when a good time to come here would be. We made no appt. but she said she would have someone call me. No one called. Eventually I had the work done by another contractor. It was clear to me that Nashoba did not want my business. Note: There was no service date set, and I did not pay anything. I had to fill in the spaces above to submit this report.
