The whole process was very smooth and organized. Homestead had a very clear plan of what they were going to do each day and posted a schedule on the wall, which was a good way to keep us informed. They stayed to the schedule and the project went well.

From beginning to end, their service was flawless. The project finished on time, within budget and we are very happy for the end results.The company is well organized, the project was well designed and planned, there were no nasty surprises along the way! Kevin and the guys were punctual and reliable. The workspace was left clean and safe at the end of each working day. I have no hesitation in recommending Homestead Kitchens for a kitchen or bath remodel.

We had several meetings, and they finally came out to view the kitchen. When he saw the kitchen he saw problems and explained that there was a risk, and I said that I understood and was willing to take those risks. they left that day, and said call us to set up the next appointment! I called them the next day, no call back. I stopped by a tiler who explained how we could tackle one of the potential problems, and I called them again with the good news - no call back. Finally I received an email saying basically they could not nor do they want to do the work for me. They called my expectations unrealistic, but Kate's design seemed right on. My aide went by their office to speak with them and they were never available. I did get a copy of the design back which is great - but I would like a professional explanation in person, even a phone call, as to why they left my job.
