They were very good, I was very pleased with them. They did a very nice job and they were very good, very reasonable and very thorough. I had them out to set up an electrical system for my generator. They set up an interlock system for my generator. They did a vey nice job and they were reasonably priced and they were very good. They did the interlock system and they also did some light switches. They changed them over from dimmers to regular switches and stuff like that. Those three way switches in the house, they did some of those for me as well. They were very reasonable and fair and they did not over charge for the extra work.

Andy from Harland Electric was on time and very professional - he came the first time to give us a quote and was very helpful. He was able to explain that nothing that was found by the buyers home inspection was a safety concern but explained why he would have it fixed. He provided the quote and told us the office would call to schedule us the following week. When he arrived to complete the work he was on time and completed everything for less than the quote. They did great work and were wonderful to work with. The office even emailed us a copy of the invoice in case we needed it for closing.

Harland Electric came out to our house on short notice to fix a power issue to several outlets in our kitchen and did not charge us additional money for the short notice. The problem was fixed in short order, the electrician helpful and informative, and solved the issues presented to us. (It was a breaker that had welded itself to the box) Additionally, we asked many questions on other projects that could have resulted in an easy sale to a "non-electrical" type like myself, but instead they were honest and declined to sell an unneeded service. Overall we were very happy and will be using them in the future to replace the old breaker panel.

Two workers appeared in the scheduled timeframe. Mike was friendly and answered all of my questions. His apprentice was courteous and followed instructions well. They completed all work as expected and I am very happy with the services provided. I was looking to establish a new relationship with an electrician for my residence. I was impressed with Bill's initial visit to estimate the work and his professionalism. I like having competent, local vendors to work with and who are familiar with the area. Andy Harland came out to our home and estimated the cost of wiring our garage with interior lights as well as recessed exterior lighting and a light by the side entry door. He also quoted work for having a generator hookup kit installed on the side of the house to our electrical panel. He meticulously described the work entailed and we decided to do everything. Two guys from Harland electric arrived on the scheduled date on time and were very friendly and professional. All of my questions were answered and they cleaned up after themselves. We have yet to use the generator hookup (thankfully) but enjoy our new garage lights every night. Look forward to calling Harland again for our future electric needs.

Replaced 2 kitchen lights, 2 outside lights, put in an outlet for an exhaust fan in my kitchen, changed light switch and put together the exhaust fan and made arrangements for another man to install the fan.

We had learned our new stove was being delivered early. Upon ripping out our old wall oven (installed 20 yrs prior by previous homeowner) we realized we needed an outlet. I emailed and called Harland on Thursday morning and Andy was able to add us to his schedule for Friday morning. I understood that he may run behind in between appointments but he was here exactly when he said he'd be. He listened to what we were looking to accomplish and gave a lot of advice and instruction on how to install our range. Judy was very kind and made sure she understood what we needed to have done. She even called to let us know where Andy was on his schedule. We have used Harland since we moved to this new home in July and will continue to do so.

Lee and Kevin came at scheduled time and fixed all four problems during 2.5 hours. They were good at trouble shooting and were professional. Cleaned up after every job.

Pleased with the results. Cleaned up after work. Pace of work seemed slow, but I'm not an electrician..

Andy Harland came out and walked through the entire project with me in a vary consultative fashion. His knowlege of codes and restrictions helped us best determine the location of the generator and the propane tanks. Without his assistance I never would have been within code. After determining work he sent a timely and detailed quote. I will also say he didn't try to over sell, others recommended a whole house 20kw but Andy noted that the burn rate is fast and you would require an enourmous buried Propane tank so we went with the 14kw. His guys were here on time, worked very hard and finished on time. There was one item I didn't like and Andy came right back out and fixed it to my liking immediately. I would definately work with Harland again in the future and recommend them to anyone else. They are a class act.

They were great - unfortunately the new outlet they put in did not actually solve my problem (I have a dehumidifier that was tripping the circuit breaker but it turns out there was something actually wrong with the unit), but important to me was the fact they were punctual, responsive, and professional when they came.

I would recommend Harland Electric Inc. for any electrical work you need around the house. Andy the VP came out to the house to give us the estimate. He knew his stuff and we quickly agreed on the work, and we received the estimate promptly afterwards. Scheduling the work was easy, and was completed very competently. They ran into a few unexpected issues with pipes in the walls and ceiling beams being in the way, but found ways around them. They obviously knew their stuff as well. They were careful, covered up countertops before starting work, and cleaned up afterwards. Overall a great job, and the actual bill came in less than the estimate. I would definitely use them again.

Not much to tell. They were very professional and pleasant. They listened carefully to what I wanted done and then just got to work. They were finished sooner than I thought and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again.

Instead of scheduling a visit, the technician gave me a couple of useful suggestions over the phone. I was asked to try them first to see if they work. I will definitely hire them if I discover a real problem later on.

They arrived on time and discussed the jobs to be done. There were some longs runs of new wire so it took a while, but they had two people on site and everything went well. The lead electrician discussed any issues or potential issues that came up and offered solutions to the problems. Area was cleaned up and everything left as it was before except now I have power where I need it. Reasonably priced for the work and the time needed to complete the job.

After a garage remodel, I hired Harland Electric to reinstall ceiling fixtures and electric outlets. They also installed an outside light on our back deck. The were great, arriving on time, doing the work efficiently, and cleaning up. While this was a very small job, I could tell they're quite professional, and I'd hire them again.

All went well with no "glitches". The employees were friendly and professional. They cleaned up well after themselves. A fine experience all told and would certainly hire them again.

We woke up one morning to find the power out in only half of the house. My husband tried to fix it by resetting the with the breakers, but it didn't work. I called Harland Elec and they came the next day. We agreed that it wasn't an emergency since we were able to run extension cords from one side of the house to the other. The electrician came on time, and gave me an estimate of 1.5 hours, although I understood it could be more because every problem is different. The most time was spent finding the problem. He found the problem in the attic and fixed it in the 1.5 hours. It was a faulty light switch, which he replaced. He showed me the faulty parts. Overall, I was very satisfied with this company.

It went very well. We would probably use them again.

They responded quickly with their estimate, scheduled everything in a timely manner, and showed up on time on the day of service. The guys worked quickly and professionally, and went through and marked our panel box after all the work was complete. Everything was sealed properly and inspection passed no problem. Harland Electric will be my go-to electricians in the future.
