My husband and I worked with Doug for an extended period of time while looking for our first home. He was extremely patient with us, which meant a lot to us as first-time home buyers since we were trying to figure out our budget and the specific area we wanted to focus on in eastern MA. We looked at about 50?60 condos and homes with him over the course of about six to eight months, sometimes looking at six or seven places at a time. He was very flexible with our schedules so we could set aside time to look for homes in the mid-afternoons after work, which was really convenient for us. Doug provided us with lots of helpful advice, both while house hunting and during the offer and closing processes. I expected buying our first home to be a very nerve-racking experience, but Doug was very informative and reassuring and made the experience really enjoyable for us. We would definitely recommend working with him and would like to again in the future!

We were out-of-state sellers and met with Doug to list our condo while we were in MA to get condo ready to sell. Doug advertised it while the condo was being worked on, helped search for and contact service contractors needed for work on condo, met service contractors on-site for estimates and work. He sold the condo in less than a month after it was ready to market. He met inspectors on-sight to prepare for closing and picked up certificates and documents that were required to close in order to speed up the process for closing. We have never had a real estate agent who provided so much personal service or worked so hard to sell our property.
