We are very happy with all services performed by this company. They are very honest, polite and responsible. Wayne always show up on time and keep his word in fixing the problems. Follow up was also excellent. We are really appreciate bassnett help in all our projects.

We had Basnett do an inspection of our steam heating pipes as there had been a water mark on a ceiling under what we thought was a 2nd floor pipe. Also had them reinstall a toilet and sink after we had some work done in a powder room. They were thorough, prompt and reasonable. I wish we *could* hire them again (hey Angie's List, that yes/no option is misleading when the house has been sold) - but we have moved out of their service area. Recommended them to our buyer as a resource for future plumbing and heating work before we left the house.

Mark made the first visit to assess and diagnose the problem which was determined to be a hole in the faucet hose. The part was sourced and Mark returned for a second visit to make the repair. He arrived at the scheduled time, was courteous and professional.

"Outstanding". The entire team at Basnett Plumbing, Heating and AC was exceptional. Our furnace replacement work was time sensitive due to cold weather and the fact that we had two furnaces fail at the same time, right before Christmas. The Basnett team was very responsive from beginning to end. Starting with root cause of failure diagnostic, requirement definition and quoting, through scheduling and prompt installation. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Basnett for all Plumbing, Heating and AC needs.

Very well. Wayne and his assistant, Phineas, were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Wayne answered questions about the interface between the electronic control module, the outdoor temperature and the thermostat. As a licensed plumber he also provided information on an unrelated problem with bathroom sink & toilet. This was the second annual visit by Wayne.

When I first heard how much it cost, my jaw dropped. I hadn't had my furnace cleaned in a couple of years and it was double what I had paid before, with a different vendor. The mechanic from Basnet said I could back out of the service call, but would cost $69.00. That's the negative. The positive is, after I told the mechanic I was a senior, he gave me a 15% discount. The mechanic was great. He was pleasant and did a great job, spending quite a bit of time to do the job right. I would hire Basnet again, just wish I asked for an estimate before they came out. All in all, it went good.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. Thought the price was a bit high but we got a lot more than we thought. Plumbing is one of those house things that you hate to have to do because you don't see it, but it has to be done. When it is done right it makes all the difference and peace of mind is priceless.

Very impressed with their professionalism and quality. They put those little booties over their shoes, and look you in the eye when greeting you. They make sure you know exactly what you are signing up to do and how much it costs. They are great if you are willing to pay more but know what you are getting. If you price them with others and just look at dollars, I probably would not pick them. Unfortunately, they recently have been having trouble keeping up with demand.

Work was done in a professional manner for a fair price. Premises were left clean and orderly. Personnel were friendly and courteous.

Went very well. First off, Michelle in the office was very accomodating on the phone and squeezed me in on the day I called them to rectify the situation I had with the boiler sensor failing. Wayne (assisted by Will) came to clean the boiler and replaced the boiler sensor and stated it was under warranty so no charge for the sensor. They were both professional and Wayne stayed for as long as I needed him to help answer questions I had about the boiler itself, etc. I was very happy with their service and would higher them without reservations.

These guys are life savers! My husband and I bought a home on short-sale that had been winterized and also needed some plumbing work. We had already had Basnett out to quote us on the work but expected it would happen after closing. Two days before closing our mortgage company surprised us by saying the appraiser just had to go back to see that the water was turned on. Well, this was a shock! Bassnet was able to come out in less than 24 hours notice, completed de-winterizing on budget and within 5 hours and it saved the closing of the house. We had them back to replace some fixtures, install a gas range and piping and also replace the furnace. The furnace was done through Mass Saves and it took longer than expected to get an inspection and get approved for the HEAT Loan. Once we had approval, Basnett moved their schedule around to accommodate the furnace install so we could move in on time and have heat and hot water. So far we have always been billed as quoted, their techs are courteous and knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch. I can't recommend them highly enough!

The forced hot water boiler of my house was more than 30 years old, and I planned to replace it. I asked four contractors to come to do an estimate. After screening, Basnett Plumbing is the best. Also they did outstanding work which I have listed below: (1) For consulting, scheduling, and arranging Mass Save audit for rebates: The comfort consultant, John, did an excellent job. First, he provided all professional suggestions for the size of boiler, the future layout of gas/water/air pipes. Also he suggested to replace our 12 year old hot water tank to be a tankless one for the house. His professional opinions gave me 100% confidence that they could do a good job on this project. In the mean time, he used his laptop to print a list of all the major components of this project with a total price for me to make decision. Later, John arranged the Mass Save auditor to come to my house within a week to approve a rebate for $3000. Also the auditor provided 3 free programmable thermostats and many house energy saving suggestions for me. (2) The installation and inspection taking one and a half days: The Boss Rob, Ryan, Paul, Brandon and Austin did an excellent installation job, They laid out the new water pumps/pipes and installed new controller/thermostats/boiler, and new air inlet/outlet PVC pipes neatly and beautifully. After that, they removed and disposed all the old stuff. At the end, Ryan spent 2 hours to fine tune the boiler plus doing a few detailed tests on it to make sure that this boiler will run very smoothly and reach an efficiency to 95%. (3) Helping on rebates of paper works After the installation Michelle from the Basnett office helped to fill out and send the form for getting the $3000 rebate for me. Additionally, she supplied another $250 rebate application form for GasNetworks to me. Michelle did an excellent job for me with all this paperwork. All in all, I really appreciated the professional job of the Basnett Plumbing team and am so happy to write this review for anyone if it can help you to make a decision.

Very well. Upon first call to Basnett they stated they were backed up 2 weeks which made sense in the middle of a heat wave. Michelle asked if we were a service customer and we said no but they had replaced a warranty part the previous year for us. Michelle promptly stated she would see what she could do and called the next day with an appointment that coming Friday. We took it. Wayne Lambert arrived within the scheduled time, and within 20 minutes diagnosed the problem and shortly after we had our AC back up and working. He was thorough and professional. We signed a service agreement for all of our heating/AC/hot water systems that day feeling safe that we had a reliable, responsible and professional company to maintain our systems.

Terrific. Great response time and advice. It ended up being repaired by my landlord. I'd recc him again.

Spoke with them on Thursday and they couldn't get here till Monday which I was ok with since I know they must be busy. They called me this morning at 9am to cancel the appointment...

Can't say enough great things about Basnett. Today, Kyle and Ryan were on time, polite and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. As always, Michelle called to let us know more precisely within our window when they were due to arrive. Upon arrival they discussed pricing up front and let us know what to expect. A few weeks ago, Wayne came out to address the source of a leak. All our options were presented clearly. Once again, work was completed quickly and thoroughly. We have had other services provided by Basnett, every single time they have been great to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone. If you have to have work done, it's nice to know that they will come as quickly as possible and always do a great job.

Found the problem as indicated above and replaced the damaged/eaten wires.

Explained in detail all aspects of putting the air conditioning system back in operation after being off for the winter (as well as what needed to be done to close it up for the winter).

The Basnett folks arrived in the early part of their two hour window. We showed them the problem. They had all of the parts in their truck. They were finished in about 30 minutes.

I live i Littleton Mass. All Basnett techs are really professional and do a great job. I have been lucky enough to have Kevin do most of my assignments. He is super skilled and smart. Work is done quickly and cleanly and always at a fair price. I am very pleased with Basnett!!

The provider called to confirm appointment the day before with a committed arrival time between 8:00 and 9:00 The crew headed by Wayne Lambert arrived at 8:05. Mr. Lambert covered all the services, costs and service options that were available to me. We sat down and discussed what needed to be done and all associated costs. I had dealt with Mr. Lambert before and was very impressed with his professionalism, technical expertise and commitment to customer service. He explained exactly what would be accomplished today, the furnace cleaning and that a separate appointment would be made to address the water tank repair and purge.

I was away on business and received a call from my housesitter that the heat was off and, worse, cold air was blowing in. I called Basnett and left a message on their after-hours machine. Within 10-minutes, I had a call back from Lori. Knowing the temperature was going to drop into the single digits, she already had a technician on his way so our pipes wouldn't freeze. The work was wonderful. He found the problem and got the system up and running. Not only that, he called me to explain what he had done and what might be needed in the future. Even though I was in another part of the country, I felt completely in control of the situation. Why can't everything be this easy?!
