very disappointed regarding business professionalism, unclear price and cost. I asked for help with leaf clean up that will be blown to wooded area to yards edge. I had not receive an estimate or cost prior to the work regardless of asking for one before 1 month later when inquiring for a final leaf clean up. October & Novemeber you would think since the work was done with 1 month the final work would not be too much work leaf clean up, because leaves had been removed 4 weeks earlier. I finally receive an invoice in January. $135 light clean up of leaves, $40 for lawn mowing, $220 final clean up included lawn mowing. As you can imagine I can not understand why leaf blowing could possibly cost such a large amount of $400. I never asked for my lawn to be cut at this time of year, since the grass does not grow in the fall (everyone knows this). When I asked for clarification Troy said "I halled the leaves away" I charge $50 per hour, $50 per man, I had 4 men working. The conversation thankfully has been over text messages. I offered to spit the bill to resolve the matter, but Troy demanded full payment. I am now being sued in small claims court for $395 - so thankful I have all text messages and photo including my house lot size. Be very leary about hiring this company.

Troy arrived at the given time and day. Started early and finished late in the afternoon. A very hard worker. He mowed the lawn and raked up all the leaves. Removed them. He also de-weeded the flower beds and put down mulch. I would def recommend using Troy in the future.
