Description of Work: These Land Surveyors were fast and knowledgeable. They stuck to the price we agreed to and the product was very useful for my purposes as a wetlands expert. They produce a nice plan also. |I always go to Snelling and Hamel Associates first.

Description of Work: Surveyed property in preparation for an addition requiring Planning Board approval. Field work and drawings were thorough and clear. He did not track the records at the Building Dept. to see that the building envelope had been moved in 1998 for an addition. When I discovered that, he charged me to modify the drawings, which I thought should have been included in the original scope. I'd use him again because he knows Lincoln well, but he's a bit surly.
