They responded quickly. I met with arborist - very informative and pleasant and professional conversation - clear about choices I had to make in terms of prioritizing which tress... very helpful with gidance about making decisions on which tree.Thye came day and time they had scheduled. Work was done before I returned from work. This was a lot of work. The spruce could not be accessed by a bucket - the work had to all be done from within the tree... incredibly dense inside.They did a great job.

Two landscapers arrived about 7:30 AM, climbed and pruned two Spruce trees and one Maple tree. They also pruned and shaped 12 flowering shrubs. All debris was cleaned up, chipped, and removed.

Have used SavATree in the past to prune our Japanese Maple tree as well as other older trees. Company also cares for our fruit trees to protect them from winter moths. Since hiring this company our trees are doing quite well. Alton Cole is our arborist and Alton is very experienced in his field. Today we had several very overgrown shrubs removed from our side and back yard. The 2 employees worked tirelessy in the 80 degree heat until the job was done. They were very professional, did a fantastic job and cleaned up the area very well after they were done. Even though I originally thought the estimate was high I can say now that it was money well spent! Don't hesitate to hire this company!

Each project has been performed professionally, as expected, and to my satisfaction.

Their service was very good. The issue was getting to the tree itself. He had to access it from my neighbors. It did put him on a timeline, but he fit it in.

It went extremely well. I found the company on Angie's list. Matt responded promptly to me initial call and then was prompt about scheduling an appointment. He was friendly and professional when he came to give an estimate and responsive to my wishes. He called the day before the say they were coming. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. The hedge looks beautiful, much airier than when pruned by sheering. Since then I found cottony scale on several buses and Matt has been prompt and responsive in our exchanges.I will continue to use them for my tree needs.

It went well and the deal had a purchase for the first $300 worth of work they charged $160 and like that. They were really fine the person who came was knowledgeable and kind of accommodating. He sort of looked at what I had and wrote up an estimate for me. It took a few weeks to sort of get into his schedule and they came. They were courteous and they explained to me what they were doing and they cleaned up everything afterwards so it was a positive experience. I didn’t get online and like recommend them but I would. I would rate them an A and I would use them again.

The trees on my property are large and overgrown and many. I want to keep the wooded look but at the same time ensure the health of the trees, so some heavy pruning and thinning was required. I contacted Jim at Sav-a-tree and he came out and spent a lot of time with me going over options. The scope of this project is potentially huge, but we focused on taking care of the real problem areas first. He had a quote for me that same day, and promptly schedule a date to begin work. The crew showed up on time, were very polite and immediately went to work. They were very professional and after two full days of work, they were able to do some bonus work that we discussed the morning of the second day. I asked for them to save the hardwood for firewood, and they cut and neatly stacked all the trunks out of the way...i thought that was considerate of them since i wouldn't be able to chop it up right away. No damage to grass or surrounding trees at all. The yard looks amazing, I would definitely hire them again.

After my fisrt lawn treatment, all the dandelions and clover were gone! Grass looks great! The pruning went well, spent a full day at my house since I had 2 huge pines that needed extensive work. I didn't realize how "messy" my trees and plants looked since they had never been pruned, just planted and left to grow. I am very happy with the results thus far. I realize that they are on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. How many cookie cutter services send a MA Certified Arborist to plan out your tree and lawn care??

Very pleased with this company. They were extremely professional and courteous. The job was done in one day, and they left our property very clean. The work was excellent.

I have used them and I am very happy with them. They do excellent work. I would definitely recommend them. The arborist comes and meets with me first and he looks at my property or whatever my concerns are. He showed up on time. He is very knowledgeable and educated. He is very professional. He gave me an estimate right then and there and then I could decide or not decide on it. Then I make an appointment, they come, and they do exactly what I asked them to do. I paid $500 for the pruning of the 5 hemlock trees. They are very professional and they all have degrees so I know that it's not just someone who just randomly does things. I am very happy with that.

They were very professional. They are very good but pricey.

When they came out to give a full estimate for pruning, they said the total would be $1500. Subsequent estimates came out to only $800 from other companies. I called Angie's List and got a refund on my Big Deal purchase and will use another company for this service. The gentleman that came out was very professional and knowledgable, the price was just too high.

Jim also gave us advice about how to keep squirrels and chipmunks from climbing on our maple tree as the branches are near the roof. He is definitely an expert as he has always given good advice. Lowden Sav A Tree is not only a company you can trust but also I am very impressed with their honesty and integrity.

I am happy with their service and I would hire them again in the future.

Some delays in setting appointment--otherwise went very well. Did a good job.

They were completely professional and punctual, and they removed all the broken stubs from the trees even though we had mentioned that only the few big ones needed to be done.

We had a tight schedule, and appreciated the fact that Rafael and Mike were willing to work on a Saturday. They worked hard and efficiently and were very cooperative. They were pleasant and cared about the property. We would hire them again and recommend them highly. They offered an Angie's List Big Deal that saved us $160.
