MISTER TRASH

I was given a window of 3-6pm on the same day that I called. They never showed up, nor called to let me know they would not be showing up. I called their mainline again and two hours later heard back with an apology and excuse as to why they didn't show up. Offer to come again, 9-11 am the following day. Again, I wait and no one ever shows up. I scheduled a different company as a result.

I was cleaning out a room in my house and needed a couch, entertainment center, and a few other large items removed. I called four local garbage services. Mr. Trash had the second best price (they estimated approx. $150, but promised to be at my house in 2 hours. None of the other services would be here the same day. They showed up on time and worked very quickly. Both guys were very friendly. My only complaint is that the estimate was off. After I decided to use them, I put all the stuff I was throwing away in my driveway. A short time after that, I recieved a call from the driver stating the price would probably be closer to $200. I was anxious to get rid of this stuff, and it was practically already in my front yard so I agreed. Furthermore, when they showed up, they decided my items were "heavy" and that they would remove the junk for $220. I could have rented a large dumpster for $350. Again, I was in a rush, and they were super prompt, so I paid. I'm not against using them again, but there are so many other options that I will look elsewhere next time.
