I called Lincoln Removal the third week of June and he quickly got back to me about a dumpster rental. I was supposed to have it on Friday 6/24 so I can demolish my kitchen while my family was away for the weekend. When I arrived home from work there was no dumpster. I called Brett and he immediately realized that he messed up. He said he would call me back in a few minutes. (I am a service oriented business owner as well and I understood how it could happen because I have had those rare mess ups as well). I said to my wife "If he doesn't deliver a dumpster tonight or tomorrow morning then the right thing for him to do is to not charge a rental fee for the dumpster". Brett called me back and told me he would be able to get me a dumpster on Monday but only charge me the tonnage since that is not his fee. There would be no charge for the rental. He then asked how long I was planning on having the dumpster and I said probably until around mid-August. His reply was OK "I'll give you 45 days as well no charge". He went above and beyond and corrected his mistake with professionalism and courtesy. Monday morning at 9am he came with the dumpster and was apologetic. He was extremely professional which gave me an additional good feeling about doing business with him. I have another big house project in the future and will definitely use Lincoln Removal for a dumpster rental. I also liked the Lincoln Removal 15 yarder better than other companies I rented from as it was shorter length and a higher height. So it took up a smaller footprint. The back also opened easily.

I contacted this company and they literally brought me a dumpster first thing the very next morning. They put it exactly where I asked and were very quick. I was using the dumpster to discard household trash during a move - including a lot of old stuff that just needed to be replaced as I moved into a newly purchased home. This included bulky furniture, etc. When my (awesome - see other review) movers came, they really overloaded the dumpster. The one I requested had pretty low sides (10 yard) - which was great when I was dumping things in there myself - but easy to overload. I contacted the company and explained it was a pretty tall heap with a few couches, etc. It wasn't a problem - they took care of it, and really made my move less stressful. They even came back to retrieve other trash I needed removed after the dumpster was gone. They charge a flat fee for a 2 week rental - size DOES matter here - and then a rate per ton for disposal. Great to work with. Stress Free!

Lincoln is always very responsive when I need a dumpster. They deliver quickly and put it exactly where I request and pick up promptly. I also find them to be affordable. What more could you want- it's a dumpster?

It has gone very well. The owner, Brett, takes his own calls, makes delivery and pick up arrangements, and has been amazingly punctual and responsive. He is very professional and his charges quite reasonable. I have done business with him in the past, and will again in the future. He and his business are very recommendable.

All prices were extremely fair and competitive and amount of time for keeping the dumpster was very generous, although we did not need to use it for the length of time we could have kept it for. Delivery and pickup were professional and punctual. Very pleased and would do business with this company again.

awesome.We called. We got our first choice on dates. We got the dumpster and Brett went over all of the possible extra charges for monitors and told us how to package paint and other toxic substances we had in our garage. We filled the dumpster and called him and he came and got it. It was so easy!
