+ -1 moreAbandon all hope, ye who enter here. This was a total fiasco. Bill Gatchell is a nice guy, but he's impossible as a contractor. He didn't return calls, over-charged us, didn't communicate well with the sub who did the paint removal (Celio Prado- I'd hire him in a minute), and attempted to leave the job unfinished.
Description of Work: Sub-out removal of 100 years of paint and paint with primer.
