ZOOTS DRY CLEANING

Description of Work: I took a blue blazer for cleaning. I have had it for over a year. (It was bought at Filene's.) It had not been dry cleaned too many times, 4 times maybe. It was a decent jacket, Ralph Lauren. Retails $300--$350. It had been cleaned before at Zoots. This time when nit came back it, the fabric was stiff. I took it back and got a form letter and an article on how to proceed to deal with the manufacturer. The form letter indicated it was not properly labeled. I figured there must have been something wrong with the way the jacket was made. I took a second jacket for cleaning, essentially the same jacket, but this one was black instead of blue and one year younger. Same material, same lining. I doubt this one had been cleaned more than once. It was soft and supple be fore it was cleaned. It came back stiff. I called Mr. Leitner on the form letter. He said there was nothing he could do. It is strange. Both jackets had been cleaned by Zoots before with no problem.

Description of Work: We have used them for about a year but most recently their services have gone down hill.
