+ -1 morePurchased 2 'Treegators' for use on newly installed trees; returned 1 the next day when we found two trees' branch structures were too low for the large 'Treegator.' The next day item was returned to SF and accepted return for full reimbursement and also offered to inform us when smaller size 'Treegator' came in stock. (Never heard back.) A few weeks after trying other 'Treegator' on only tree it would fit, we saw that water was not emptying in the 5-9 hour period label stated, so we asked landscape designer to check it. Designer said it wasn't working properly and, when we lifted (heavy) water-filled 'Treegator' to examine more carefully, we observed that very small white roots were now emerging from the base of the tree. Designer advised me to return 'Treegator.' The next day I went to return the faulty product to SF with the original receipt in hand. One staff person listened carefully then directed me to another person (manager / owner?) who did not listen and just repeated SF's '5 day only return policy.' I left with product in hand.
Description of Work: Vendor's return policy is FIVE DAYS only. Would not accept faulty product purchased a month before. Do not shop here.
