Mohan was very responsive and arrived early to our appointment. During the inspection he was very patient and thorough, going through every system, looking at every surface, opening every window, checking every pipe and wire. He answered all our question, educated us about the house, and made some recommendations about how to do future work; he's an easygoing person to talk with, and didn't rush through the inspection. He found some major problems in the house and was very helpful in our decision about whether to buy it!

Mohan was awesome! It was easy to set up the appointment and Mohan was very responsive on the telephone. For the inspection, Mohan arrived before we did and his inspection was very thorough. He answered all of our questions completely. Working with Mohan was an enlightening, pleasant experience and I recommend him highly. I will definitely enlist his services in the future!

It went extremely well. Mohan is incredibly knowledgeable and was extremely thorough. He was able to come out on short notice, and scheduling with him is very easy. I think he is the best value for your money. Even my realtor was blown away at how good of a job he did! His reports are easy to read and are well documented. Would absolutely recommend!

There's nothing inherently enjoyable about home inspections. At the end of the day, you're paying someone to point out all the little things that are wrong about a house you want to buy - or in my case, one we had already signed the P&S for and were just about to close on. This inspection was different. Mohan arrived early and started inspecting the exterior of the property. We went around it again together, and he told me everything he saw - the good, and the bad. The same was true as we worked our way from the basement up through the third floor. It wasn't simply an inspection for things that were wrong, it was an education in the history of my house, all the systems and how they work together, and an honest evaluation of the craftsmanship that was used when the house was originally built, the quality of major renovations that had been undertaken, and the care (or lack thereof) in the day-to-day maintenance by past owners. Mohan answered every question I asked, and all the ones I should have but didn't know enough to. He provided a general order of projects that we should tackle, based on how work in one area would enable or hinder work in another. He recommended vendors and experts I could consider hiring for future projects, and told me their relatively strengths and weaknesses (including information on their prices). The whole inspection took about 3.5 hours. At the end, my realtor remarked that some of the home inspectors he has seen would have been in and out in 45 minutes and would have ignored much of the stuff Mohan noticed and looked at. If I hadn't already realized how lucky I was to have hired Mohan instead of another vendor, that would have told me everything I needed to know.

Mohan came earlier than the appointment and was ready to explain about the exterior to me. I saw how he examined the home and I liked his meticulous work. He encouraged questions. I'm a first-time home buyer and learned a lot from his detailed explanations. I got the report the same night. His report is really easy to read with plenty of photos. Some are in colors if they are must to be read. It was in a PDF file, so it was easy to share with my agent and the seller as a proof. I had an extra question after the report was done, and he asked around to other professionals to give me the best answer he can get. I truly recommend him. His rate might be little higher than others, but if you really need a good inspection, go for him.

Mohan conducts a comprehensive inspection and a detailed report. Additionally provides Energy Efficient tips using his prior knowledge with MassSave. Mohan does not rush the inspection and spent over 2 hours with us to understand all aspects of the home. We will use Mohan again and fully recommend his inspection services. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was inspecting and finding. He also gave a very thorough and useful report with abundant photos. This report includes all items inspected, recommendations of future or current repair needs, and safety issues.

Outlook Home Inspection not only completed the job as required, but in every category went above and beyond. The inspector arrived early to review the neighborhood and outside of the house, reviewed every space high and low with an attention to detail that was impressive, and was comfortable explaining technical issues in a way that communicated with our expert real estate agent but was also accessible to ourselves (less expert). Although the inspection itself was comprehensive (requiring nearly three hours) the full report with pictures arrived to us later the same day!

Mohan was wonderful. He was super punctual, even arrived before I did and wasted no time before getting to work. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing along the way or was sure to recap to make sure I knew what was going on. The inspection was also a little ways away from his regular location, but he was very willing to come out of his way and even on short notice. He told me I could expect to receive the report in 24 hours, but I received the in only 7 hours. It was 34 pages and very thorough. I'd be happy to work with Mohan again, any day.
