 + -1 moreGuy provided an evaluation and estimate for the work and we agreed to go ahead. All lintels and sills were restored. In addition, as the work over a vestibule where leak existed, Guy advised on options to replace or repair flashing. He explained in detail and provided cost of each. For a few hundred dollars above the original estimate, repairs were made to divert water and improve drainage from beneath one window. The repair design significantly reduces possibility of future damage to interior wall. Guy arrived on time, provided ongoing progress updates, and offered options throughout the process. He was on target with estimates and time required to do the work.
Description of Work: Inspection of brick, mortar and flashing on east face of home, provided time and cost estimate for repair and restoration.
