It seemed so easy and expensive that I did not have them come back the next summer, and my trees really suffered. I saw a huge difference, and I will have them do it again every year going forward.

They are very competent and come whenever they are called. They take care of situations even during emergencies and do a good job with the trees. I like their services and will use the same in future.

Overall it went incredibly smoothly. I placed a call to them in early December. They had a person come out to take a look at the work we needed to have done the next day. We received an estimate within the week and the work was done within the next few days. This company is highly professional and very competent. I would recommend them very highly for tree work. In addition, I've worked with them in the past when I owned my own home to routinely fertilize the trees and shrubs on my property.

The work went very well. They were prompt, they were knowledgeable about trees, I felt comfortable with what they were recommending, and they did what they said they were going to do.

They did great work on this tricky job! They brought in a large crane to help in the removal and I was very impressed that they took great care when setting up the supports to make sure they did not crush any of my flowers or bushes - which was difficult given the tight quarters they had to work in. Cutting down the trees was done quickly and efficiently and clean-up was exceptional. I've used this company in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

They did an excellent job and they were very professional. I think I got what I paid for because the price was competitive. They have nice equipment and the people know what they are doing. I’m sure I could have gotten someone with a better price with a pickup truck, no insurance, and half a ladder, but I didn’t want to take the chance.

They were fantastic. They are a good tree service and we would recommend them. They really know the trees in the area. They are excellent people to remove trees and branches. They are absolutely phenomenal. They are completely reliable and they are excellent people. They had taken care of our huge trees for 20 years. We paid over a long period of time for several visits a year. A couple of years ago a tree split in half and fell on our house because of an ice storm. It was like watching a ballet when we were watching them remove the tree. You could not even go outside because of the ice. They are worth whatever they charge because they are experts. They are arborists.

The price isn't quite the best, but quality is grade a. Very professional. I would use them again.

This is the second time we've used the Foti services. They came immediately to provide an estimate based on last year's work. Price was slightly higher. I was not home last year, but was happy with work done - including pruning of rose bushes, shrubs (hollys), and weeping cherry tree, and cutting back elm & maple branches crossing property line and hanging over our roof & cable wires. This time I was home for the same services. They were polite and neat, and willing to add to the estimated work on the spot. Not sure how much the extras will cost, but the yard looks SO much better

I have a huge oak tree at the back of my yard that I want to keep in good shape and so I do as much as I can to avoid any disasters. The last pruning I had performed was about 5-7 years prior. The individual performing the quote from Foti did so in a timely basis. Overall, the quote was a bit higher than some others, but the crew showed up on time, were very professional and not a single plant or tree in the yard was damaged. The pruning could not be done by a lift, so all of it was done with a climber high within the tree. The property was left broom clean at the end of the job. A second crew returned at another time to perform fertilization. They were just as timely and professional as the first crew.

The service and clean up were excellent! They are actually arborists as opposed to a simple tree service. They're clearly knowledgeable in their field. When trimming the tree, they ensure the branches are cut properly to prolong their life and ensure growth. They also explained their process to help me maintain them.

They were okay and did a decent job. They did the minimum that they were asked to do and nothing more. They didn't really do what we had hoped in terms of providing us with the options as to how we could do things and things we weren't aware of. When they did the minimum it turned out not to be the level that we were hoping it would be. For example, they re-grated the front and back yard and when they ripped up the sod they didn't bring in loam to level it off. They didn't talk about the issue of sifted versus non-sifted loam so they gave us the cheaper version of the non-sifted loam. We would have been happy to pay more understanding that it would cost more for the sited loam because now we have to wreck our yard to get rid of the rocks, pebbles and large boulders that are inside in the middle of the grass. So, those were our issues with them. The main issue with them was that they did the minimum; they did exactly what they said they were going to do to the very least that they could get away with doing.

All the work was done very professionally. We were very pleased with the results.

The estimator came out promptly and gave us a price on the spot. He also pointed out other work we might want to have done, but wasn't pushy. It took a few weeks to get on their schedule because they were very busy. The crew did a great job. They took down two large trees and several large branches near the house without causing any damage. They took everything away. They did a great job of pruning the trees so they looked their best.

The tree was very difficult to work with but they did a good job dealing with this. They cleaned up well when they were done with the work. This was the first time I had used their services. We actually worked with our neighbor on this project and he was the one who found them. The tree was on the property line and we both were having problems with the tree.

We have a lot of trees in our yard and he is the only person we will go to. He trims the trees in a manor that will minimize storm damage. The quality of work he provides is always top notch, and he charges a fair price. Matthew and his crew do a great job and we will continue to use him in the future.

They were very informative. They showed us different ways to take good care of the heath of the trees. They did a fantastic job and were neat and clean as well. The were great and I would recommend them to other people any time.

Matt and his crew are an incredibly professional crew with state of the art tools and they are very clean and considerate. You couldn t even tell that they were here and they were better than the others I have used.

They were prompt, quick, cleaned up, asked how I wanted the left-over wood cut-up (for firewood).

While it took some weeks to get them, this is understandable during the summer. Their quote was considerably lower than another I obtained. The workers were friendly and polite and willing to share their expertise. I learned by watching them and asking questions. I am pleased with the results.

Very positive experience. Quick response to give estimate. They warned me they were booked out several weeks, but that was better for my schedule anyway (and I appreciated the warning). Arrived promptly; dealt easily with a narrow, steep driveway and difficult location for getting a very large tree down, with no damage at all to surrounding trees, landscaping, and structures. Team was efficient and professional, just what you'd want on any job. Will definitely hire again--I expect to be calling them soon on another project.

They were on time and cleaned up after their work. Conserved a tree other services wanted to take down.
