Rachael and her team were extremely helpful to me during the entire getting the house ready for the market. Rachael gave me names of contractors to help spruce up the house; we used two of the them to take down wallpaper, paint all the rooms, put up drywall, pull up carpeting and finish the hardwood floors that were under the carpeting. Rachael and her team advised me on the paint colors to use that would appeal to potential buyers. They staged the entire house at no cost to me, took 42 photos, made a video and did a 3D layout of the house. The house was put on the market on a Thursday, there were 6 offers the following Tuesday! We sold well over asking price. I highly recommend Rachael, her team and MA Properties Online to sell your house. You will not be disappointed!!

I have never met a better marketer ... Dani's attention to detail is phenomenal. The first time we met, Dani already knew my name; she had made the effort to look it up when she spoke to my husband a year ago and then recognized my husband (who has a different last name) and drug my name from her memory banks! Her staff staged the house meticulously. They came back the second day to finish up, adding such minutia a tiny accent jar. The house was so beautiful, I couldn't believe it was mine. The video they made for the website included a Miata driving up to the house and a labradoodle running up the walkway and into the house. The narration, with Dani's lovely Australian accent, highlighted all the best features of our home. They took care of all the scheduling and paperwork, including assessments and inspections. I didn't have to lift a finger. Dani delivered the bids in person, complete with an analysis of each option. Dani's all-inclusive approach included all that as well as teaching us how to sell and price, photographing the house, and even making the video. In addition to this full-service offering, Dani put her casual, warm, and open personality to work as she met with us, held the open house, and even invited me to her house for an after-sale coffee. The result? Our house sold the day after the open house for $110K - more than 10% - over asking price.
