My thermostat was not connecting to my A/C unit. Left voice message. The called right away. The is where the good customer service ended. Was supposed to come/call Friday or Saturday. Did not hear from them until wrote a message stating "I would give them another chance before I give them a negative review. Well they contacted me and was at my house that day. Unfortunately when I got home form work the thermostat was not fully attached. They stated they had to reset my thermostat and left me a bill for $125 which I told them I will not pay if they did not contact me$ ASAP. They never contacted me so I got another company and will NOT be paying the bill.

J-D provided us the most competitive price and installed our new central air conditioner quickly. They did what they promised to do.

Joe Jr arrived on time, was personable, presentable, and professional. He figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour. I'm a happy guy and recommend them highly.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! WE HAVE PAID FOR A CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!! Upon realizing that our brand new central AC system was not working (approx 2 weeks after it was installed) I placed a call to Dave DeCarlo, the owner of JD Heating & Air Conditioning, and explained to him that we couldn't get the AC to work. His response was that he "didn't know what was wrong with it" and would have to "look into it" and call me back....which he did not. A few days later my husband called him asking, once again, that he do the right thing and send someone out to look at the system. My husband even offered to pay for a service call (which we clearly shouldn't have had to pay for). DeCarlo never bothered to return my husband's call and we have not heard from him since. We are now in a position of having to hire another HVAC company to have this BRAND NEW SYSTEM repaired. As a side note, while the installers were working in our attic they knocked over a garment rack full of clothes, broke it into pieces and left it all lying on the floor. They also damaged a piece of brand new chair rail in our kitchen. They never admitted to or took responsibility for either thing. The owner of this company is beyond unprofessional and is completely unethical. It's, literally, beyond me how people like him sleep at night. We are considering taking legal action.

Although I have see this company in the past, I had not contacted them for 5 years. I called when I noticed water around the base of my gas furnace. They arrived within 30 minutes, identified the issue, explained it to me and answered my questions. The replaced the ejection pump and were done within 30 minutes. Problem solved, A positive experience all the way around -- just as I remembered from 5 years ago. Pleasant, professional, prompt, fair prices.

We went back and forth until we could get the pump and I could be available. The installers came on time, were friendly and serious, and went about doing the work. The work was done well, and the team left the area clean, and even swept the floor before leaving. I even got a cool WiFi enabled thermostat.! Real cool!

The air handling unit (fan coil unit) would never stop blowing. After 14 months and three attempts by our oil supplier repair team, Joe came and in 15 minutes diagnosed the cause of the problem - a faulty humidifier system in the unit. In another 30 minutes he had removed the humidifier (which was not working anyway), rewired the unit, and verified the unit was working though multiple on/off cycles. I found him both knowledgeable and responsive. I definitely will use JD Heating and Air Conditioning again.

Great. They were responsive, timely, and really knew what they were doing.

Found JD on the Rheem website. Went to Angie's to verify they are good. Saw two reviews and decided to call them based on these. Left a message. They called after about 3 minutes! Joe Jr. called back and was at the house after 15 minutes! Very professional and very courteous. Did everything that needed to be done. Found the problem in a second (breaker down) and then, at my request, looked at the filters, the in-house unit and cleaned the outside coil. I asked for further advice on how to make sure the whole house gets the A/C flow and he explained everything to me with much tolerance. I will now call the office to ask for a quote to do a couple other things needed with the A/C.

My air conditioner stopped working all of a sudden and they attended to the complaint immediately. They were very responsive to my call and did a very good job. I like their services and will use the same in future.
