fantastic.
Description of Work: Peter inspected the property I was interested in purchasing. He was friendly, thorough, punctual and knowledgeable. He even came back a second time during the final walk though at NO charge. Since I purchased the house, he has kindly recommended service people who have done a great job.

Description of Work: Peter did a pre-listing home inspection for my seller. He was very personable and professional with my client. He answered all the questions my client had as well as informing him on the condition of his house, allowing my client to do repairs prior to listing his home.
