Dee Brissenden was probably one of the crankiest and rudest realtors I have ever had misfortune of having to deal with. I have probably dealt with about a dozen so far (this was not our 1st RE purchase) and that takes a lot to earn the and quot;top spotand quot; like that.
She has insulted me and my wife not only to our broker, but also in our faces too. I also feel she was ageist and dismissed us any way she could, because we are a young family.
Every question or comment about the state of the house was met with and quot;oh, you should just buy new buildand quot;. I believe she mis-advised her seller on the real condition of the property, what needed to be taken care of, and grossly overvalued the property (hence why it sat so long in the hot market).
Normal questions we needed answer to were either answered back with a two-liner where it is clear she made zero effort to find out. We had to go to the property numerous time pre-closing, because of that.
I am sure might be good in something, but anything related to service she is not. Unprofessional and unfit to be a Realtor.

I have used them before. They did an excellent job. They are very nice and professional people.

He didn't charge us anything. We bought a house through his company 30 years ago. He is incredibly knowledgeable in the areas of their service. We felt like we already knew the town completely when we moved in. The people who work with him also have helped in a 1000 ways and have showed us houses too. Our overall experience with him has been good.
