+ -1 moreI loved working with Karen. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and helped me plant lots of flowers,shrubs/trees. Karen introduced me to flowering plants I had never even heard of. Her extensive knowledge and creativeness made the entire process fun and interesting. She is always available to advise you on any questions you might have and her prices are very reasonable. I have very beautiful front and back yards thanks to Karen. I constantly get compliments from those who pass by.
Description of Work: My backyard was being levelled out, Karen helped me design the new garden beds and selected plants that would work well in various areas. At the front of the house a new front porch was built and Karen did the same process there.

Description of Work: Karen had wonderful garden design ideas, taught me about plants I had never heard of, and was able to help me plant as a team-or on my own-or both. Very flexible arrangement. I'm sure I will keep in contact while my garden evolves.

+ -1 moreKaren Blake is the owner and she does beautiful work. She took the time to walk me through a nursery to give me an idea of what plants are appropriate and what are not. She also asked me to examine books. She knows her plants. She has an eye for that sort of thing.
Description of Work: They did the planting and the landscaping design on one side of my yard as well as in the front of my house. I had them plant Hemlock for screening, mostly bushes, perennials in the front, a few landscaping trees, some small evergreens and rose bushes.
